I did not get this. I got a 5lb bag of mexican cheese and when I tried to exchange it I was forced to get a refund

Disappointed

Melts well, great for casseroles and other heated dishes that require cheese to be melted, adds a smooth creamy taste.

Great value for an added cheesy taste to your food

Large packages last longer, but may not be cheaper than other stores. Especially in large packages, like 5 lbs.

Great value for the price, especially in a larger bag that lasts through multiple recipes. The Colby & Monterey Jack blend melts nicely on tacos, nachos, and casseroles with a mild, creamy flavor. Texture is consistent and not overly salty. Packaged well, stays fresh when stored properly. I buy it often.
