This is the best shredded cheese. It doesn't have that powder coating a lot cheese have to keep them from clumping which gives it a wonder taste.

I did not get this. I got a 5lb bag of mexican cheese and when I tried to exchange it I was forced to get a refund

Large packages last longer, but may not be cheaper than other stores. Especially in large packages, like 5 lbs.
