Hi! I buy this cheese often because it tastes good, my family likes it, and it’s cheaper than the grocery store. However, just plan to move it to a Ziploc after you open it. The reclosure in this bag is pretty terrible.

It is a very good for making quesadillas. I bought it because these days children have become picky eaters, and my grandchildren like chicken quesadillas. They usually come over on the weekends, I make sure I have something they like to eat. I made them the quesadillas, and after they ate them the told their mom if she could make them like grandma. The only different ingredient was the cheese, and I was glad the like them.
