We got this chili and compared it to the lesser priced chili also for sale at Walmart. The consistency is good, the flavor is tasty, and the item is VERY well priced. We have a hot dog cart and we sell chili-cheese dogs and frito pies. This chili was a GREAT success at our event yesterday. We'll be using this for now on if Walmart keeps stocking it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my can of Hormel Chili No Beans with some chili spaghetti. It had a great flavor to it. It probably wasn't the best for spaghetti, but would be a great option for hot dogs. The texture was great, and not too runny (which is great for hot dogs but not as good for spaghetti). Overall it was still very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the flavor of Hormel Chili apposed to other brands. It's not as salty and you can taste more of the flavors and spices. It's definitely the closest thing to homemade. The no beans is perfect for hotdogs and chili chips & cheese. Also the cans are very easy open and convenient with the easy open tabs.

I don't even put beans in my homemade chili so when I tried this I was I heaven. It is perfect for my fries a d hot dogs and has been a must have in my house on hot dog night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great meaty chunks and flavor. We made Frito bag tacos with this chili and it was so yummy. My son has asked for it again every few days. It tastes like quality ingredients and it doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off on the amount of meat.

So, for processed food this isn't too bad. We use it at fundraisers where we aren't allowed to cook a lot of food, just reheat, so this works well for tacos. HOWEVER, I had these mailed to my house since the local stores don't carry this in any large sizes or quantity and the packaging was a joke. There are six cans in a box that's too large with one tiny blow up air bubble cushion-total waste of the packaging. The cans looked like they had been put in a vise before being packaged, big dents right through the middle of the cans. There's no way they could get crushed that bad just by being banged around, even though the banging was obviously quite severe judging by the condition of the packaging.

This isn't what it used to be. It's very thin and has very little meat. This chili used to be flavorful and full of meat and it was thick and had a chili consistency. Now it looks and tastes like a very cheap product. They've taken too many short cuts and ruined a fabulous product, I won't buy anymore.

I eat this all the time on chips. The last can I bought was not the usual recipe. It's texture is slippery and goopy had a bad mouth feel to it.. I had to add catsup to it to make it edible. You blew it gooooo back to the old recipe. You fixed something that wasn't BROKEN.

I misunderstood the size of the can and it was too much for me. I don't understand WHY you can't ship smaller cans and cans of Turkey Chili. Why do you refuse to ship some things? Also why can you only order 4 of canned goods? The Hormel was great as always but there was just too much of it all at once.
