I think Hormel Chili is the best tasting chili. My family prefers the “no beans” option. I purchased the gallon size cans because I was feeding about 100 kids during Vacation Bible School. Both kids and adults loved the chili. It was a hit. I ordered 4 cans, but only had to use 2. It was tasty and spicy (but not too spicy). It is now a regular menu item (Chili Cheese Dogs) for VBS.

This is the best for chili dogs or just eat with potato chips. yum yum!

For years we've been making Ugly Dip (cuz it's just not that pretty to look at!) with a can of Hormel Chili NO Beans and one brick of cream cheese. Microwave for about a minute, stir, and continue until all the cheese is blended. Fabulous with corn/tortilla chips and people rave about it - thinking it was much more difficult to make than it really is!! It never lasts long...

I originally bought this to eat by the bowl, not a good idea, too thick to eat that way. It has a great flavor. Its perfect for chili dogs, nachos or taco salads though. I bought this about 3 weeks ago for just under $10 at walmart.com, the price has gone up almost $2 since then. It was a bargain, not any more. A price increase that big makes me angry. I wont be buying it again.

I haven't opened the can yet. I trust the brand for the product inside. However, even being shipped in a box with the air packets it came with a pretty good dent. Should be ok as I plan to use it soon. Just disappointed it was dented. Not sure if it was before packaging or during shipment.

I love Hormel chili with beans. So, i decided to try this for chili dogs and burgers. yuck. it's not the same recipe. while edible, it isn't close to regular Hormel chili. i definitely won't ever buy again.

Nothing like Chili! Pretty much chili flavored soup with almost no meat. Flavor was off too, bitter aftertaste.

I usually buy the turkey no bean chili so had not had this for years. Well I accidently grab this product and I could not believe how runny and lack of meat was in this chili. It had the consistency of soup which was pretty pitiful since I was having chili dogs. Very sad

With SO many people who need to eat gluten free for health reasons, WHY is gluten an ingredient added to Hormel Chili No Beans? I'm so sad that I cannot eat my favorite dip anymore. If you remove the gluten, I cannot believe that anyone would miss it. It's a totally unnecessary ingredient. Please use other "flours" to replace the wheat such as corn, almond, etc.
