Amazingly quick setup, controller response time, features for Smart TV's and SO much better than the Nanoleaf 4D entirely. An app that works how it should, not needing constant addition/deletion of devices. Once I found the "Cinema" feature in DreamView, it provided better color/screen accuracy than the Nanoleaf 4D which needed constant changes and couldn't quite match the true on-screen colors. I love how easy this controller makes things vs not even being able to connect the Nanoleaf device with the required model specific code. The Warm White diode and the app's ease with screen configuration make this hassle-free (especially with the orange squares they provide)! Showing the cameras view into a "true" rectangle after configuration surprised me as it had completely cropped the TV perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend any owner to use the orange squares for calibration, as jt saves much time. I can't express enough how much better the color mixing is due to not needing to create a "white" light since the T3 has the Warm White diode. This means less of the strip needs to be used to more accurately blend the needed colors. The Nanoleaf 4D cannot provide a range of brown-tan colors due to missing this white diode. The same holds true for colors with deep hues I.e. Minion. The color depth is stronger than anticipated after using the Nanoleaf. I didn't know strips could be so powerful.

I'm really happy with this purchase. The install was easy, the camera reads the screen well (I calibrated about an inch in from the very edges per online recommendations), and the colors really pop! It seems like the camera doesn't seem to know quite what to do with gray, but all the primary and secondary colors get tracked well. Also nice to know that the camera can be mounted on the bottom of the T.V. so you can hide it behind a sound bar. One thing I didn't like is that the LED strips just barely fit on my 55-inch T.V. in the position that I wanted. I didn't want the ends of the wires to show around the corners, so I had to move the LED strips slightly in from the very edge and use the provided clips to secure the ends at a somewhat odd angle. Other than that, I would say that I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase at this price point. Would highly recommend if you want to add a little zazz to your gaming or movie setup without breaking the bank.

We've all made the mistake of buying something based on the picture. In that regard I am happy to report that this product looks even better once installed than in videos or pictures. You just have to see it to believe it. Once the saturation and other settings are tuned to your liking it really adds to the immersion of watching media or playing games. It's really hard to describe but it's a welcome addition to our home entertainment center. One small note; the setup instructions can be tough to follow. It would really help if the Govee Home app provided a Google Assistant link into the devices settings during setup. I struggled to understand the directions for that part of the installation in no small part because the images and menu options provided are not up to date with the current Google Assistant/Google Home apps.

Watching movies, playing video games or just listening to music really enhances your viewing experience, to be absolutely honest, I wasn't too sure about Govee Dreamview, but once I hooked it up I was really impressed, when I first bought it my wife thought it was dumb, but even she's a believer now lol

Seen all these videos out there an decided to go with Govee an happy I did it. I didn't want to spend hundreds on over priced lights from other manufactures. This product is great.Installation very smooth an easy. Setup of this product is very simple anyone can set it up.Brightness is great vivid colors an looks amazing. Like I said excellent product you have to try it out if your into watching movies, playing video games, looks amazing with a nintendo switch.If you like anime will look awesome.

And stick very well to my tv! I have a 65in and it fits it perfectly. The camera it comes with is easily ignorable I forget it's even there. Definitely worth the price!

While it's not as accurate as a different I've used who's now out of business. it does a pretty good job. Mounting the camera at the bottom makes it almost unnoticeable. Also this is on a 75 inch tv and the colors are still vivid as if they were right at the edge.

No better than the T2 Pro. The problem isn't can't get white enough. But can't calibrate to near white any better than the T2 Pro. I have the original older T1 Govee backlight and camera white balance gets near white. Maybe it's the second TV that I've installed the T2 Pro and T3 Lite on? Full disclosure: the T2 is installed on a color calibrated TV. The second TV is not color calibrated. If that's the reason, disregard this review. I never tried the T2 Pro or the T3 Lite on the calibrated TV because of the larger size (not compatible with the 55" size of second TV that these later Govee models were ordered for).

I purchased the lights with the white cords so they go well, mostly hidden, on our eaves. The light output, reflection off the brick, and color/scene choices are all excellent!!! Everyone on our street loves them and so do we. My only complaint is the adhesive. No amount of cleaning, drying, holding, etc., was enough to hold about 25% of the lights to the vinyl eave. This was pretty easily rectified with the use of a little dab of clear silicone caulking. One curtain I hung on one of our gates, the other is in the window of our dining room. They are also amazing. I'll be buying 2 or 3 more curtains in the future to make a larger display!!! Thanks Govee.....Merry Christmas!!
