Smoked two of these and a brisket in a Kamado for 9 hours. Let em rest wrapped in a cooler for 3 hours. Came out good. Many compliments.

Wasn’t sure if this roast was one or two pieces. It was one. Delicious and budget friendly. Will purchase again.

Smoked well. Fat cap a little too thick but juicy and tender. Good distribution of fat throughout roast.
