Terrible, do NOT waste your money. Center was all fat, hardly any meat. I will not be buying from Sam's anymore.

I've bought quite a few of these butt roasts and smoked them. Thay have always turned out great.very little trimming and very little fat when done

Bought the bulk even though it says it's boneless, it isn't. This is over of the fattest butts I've worked with. Tyson has destroyed the quality. I will be returning my 75 lbs. Of fat!

Got it cooking in the oven right now for 16 hours hopefully it comes out as good as the Publix one
