I've purchased Boston But from San's Club a few times and I guess it was OK. This time it was definitely frozen before and partially thawed. Why it is sold as fresh?

I have a meat injector and I fill it with soy sauce and salted water and inject this meat a lot. I love slicing it into 1/4 inch slices and dipping a hoagie roll in the juice. So good as pulled pork or pozole soup and french dip style sandwiches. How I like to cook it, I use a smaller hotel pan, add 2 cups of purified water and season it with just garlic powder, pepper and squirt some soy sauce. Cover it with foil and bake at 275°F for 4 hours
