Bought, coated in mustard, put my favorite rub on it. Smoked it for 11 hours. One of the best pork shoulders I have had. Almost as good as when i get from my butcher.

I buy pork roasts to cook in the crockpot. I shred or cut into smaller chunks and divide into portions to freeze. Makes great bbq for quick meals when we are short on time.

Smoke it as long as you can. Refrigerate overnight. Then dump in your favorite slow cooker with sauce for 6-8 hours. Shred. BBQ for pulled pork. Enchilada sauce for the best mexican.

Good quality and good price. Only thing I don't like it is the fan bone because it is hard to remove. Overall great product. I buy it again and again!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and amount of meat I got with this cut. After trimming and removing the bone I ended up over 7# of meat. Great price for what I ended up with. Great for pulled pork.

I used this to cook it 2 ways! Made a pork stew and crock pot pulled pork. Made for a good meal prep and lasted all week! Can’t beat the price either :)

Good quality and fresh pork butt. Not too much fat too. Thank you Sam's for not packed it too big like other competitor warehouse. Not all members have 10 people in the family. LoL.

Very good cut of meat. Bone in pork shoulder is the best for smoking and making pulled pork in my opinion. It also makes very good Green Chili Verdi too.

I got in eight pounder Smoked it for 12 hours. Low 225° mesquite, with Texas sugar and honey hog from meat church. Nothing was left on the table. Nothing is left in the refrigerator it was darn good

Yes yes yes I will only buy Boston butt from Sam’s. And yes, I have tried the others and this is the best option. The bone is in and it’s sold as a single butt. (And I make great pulled pork)
