Very pleased with the purchase. We purchased the same pressure sprayer many years again.

The first pressure washer's hose siezed to the nozzle and had to return it the same day!! After returning and reassembling a few hours later, then pressed the trigger to begin using it the hose end immediately blew off under the pressure and struck my son in his leg. I too called custumer service as another reviewer did and they said the part number was not in the system yet because it was too new. I was told to contact the nearest authorized repair dealer for a replacement hose until an OEM could be available. I will not return this unit because it may need to be used for evidence because, I think legal actions may be taken. The company need better R&D to pressure test and include adding tephlon tape to threads to prevent both accidents. BEWARE OF HOSE SIEZING TO MOTOR NOZZLE OR BUSTING AT HOSE ENDS!
