Work as expected, got a great deal!

Bought the 3400psi Troybilt, it did a great job cleaning my driveway which was very dirty.. I attached it to a circular concrete washer I bought, and together the work was easy. No issues with the unit. I would recommend.

I bought this 2 weeks ago from Sams. I read the reviews about the mis-sized hose, but hoped they had fixed the problem. NO... The hose was rated for 3300psi. It ran ok for initial test, but when I went to use again, the end blew off the hose, leaving a welt on my leg. Troy-Bilt warranty knew what the problem was, but didn't have the correct hose in stock. They said it could take several weeks, or several months to get a replacement. Packed up and ready to go back.

Having read the other reviews noting concerns with the wrong hose in the box, that was the first thing I checked upon getting it home. Included with mine was a 3300psi hose, which is below the rating for this machine. Upon calling Simpson customer service they first stated that they'll try to get me one sent out but that they're having inventory issues (Funny that amazon and Lowe's has the right hoses in stock). After another hold the CS rep came back and stated that the "tech guys" believe that the hose "should be fine" and that if it were to burst Incould just call back and then they'll send me another hose. When I pointed out that they're badically asking me to add oil and gas (thereby making it unreturnable) and start using something not rated for their machine, she apologized and and good luck. So, good luck to those who risk using it the non-rated hose. Maybe the hose will work for you but I'm not one to risk gettinf halfway through a job and having to stop and wait a week for a hose to arrive.

Great quality product for the price!

Hose that goes from washer to wand is properly rated to handle 3400 PSI and it has worked great. Engine starts with one pull everytime.

Worst thing I've ever bought from Sam's. Piece of crap. Got two of them knowing sometimes those things happen. I don't write reviews but had to on this product. Cost me time and money

The equipment does everything I planned to complete with ease

Good machine and runs well. It was very hard to start the first time, but much easier thereafter

Washer does a great job! A slight upgrade from older Troy-built washer of similar size and power.
