Received mattress two days early which was ok but sometimes that may not be the case as it could interrupt your schedule. Unpacked the mattress and let it sit for 48 hours. No smell of foam what so ever. Mattress is firm but conforms to your body. I had no trouble sleeping on my side or back. No stiffness in my shoulders in the morning which I had with our pillow top mattress we replaced.

This is the second one of these that we have purchased! The first is still in my daughter's room in our home (she loves it!). The new purchase is in her apartment at college. We had it delivered to the apartment on the day we were moving her in and setting it up was a breeze.

This mattress is very comfortable. It is firm but the top layer is soft, so very comfortable. I have it in the guest room where it won't be used every night so I can't speak to how long it will last. For the price, I am very happy. It arrived quickly.

I couldn’t believe that a mattress that is delivered rolled up in a box could be a comfortable and good quality mattress. I was completely blown away when I unpacked this mattress and tried it out for the first time. I have to say that this is probably one of the most comfortable mattresses that I have ever owned. It contours to your body so well that it feels like you are literally floating on a cloud. I would highly suggest this mattress for anyone looking for a high quality mattress for a relatively reasonable price. I would highly suggest this mattress to anyone looking for a good night sleep.

I purchased this mattress as a gift for my youngest daughter and her husband. They allowed it pluff up for 72 hours. My daughter texted me the first night and said it hugged her the minute she laid down. They seem to be liking the matress fairly well although it took several nights for my daughter to get used to it. They have never slept on a memory foam mattress. She also said she was having trouble not getting to close to the edge as it slowly compresses and she's afraid she'll roll off in the night. Her husband who is a big man slept like a log starting the first night of use. One suggestion my daughter made was that handles be on the sides to make it easier to carry or turn.

The description of this Item was "Zinus Night Therapy 12" Green Tea Zest w/Smartbase Set, Size: King" However, no Smartbase was received and thus this item was not a "Set". That was a disappointment. However, the actual Zinus mattress has proven to be a complete delight and surprise. It came packaged, as all memory foam mattresses, tightly compressed and rolled inside a large box. It was left in the box for about 5 days before being unrolled and although the packaging indicated that it would take 24-48 hours to reach its full thickness, it probably reached 11 1/2" within a few hours. Now, after a few weeks, it has reached its full 12" height on all areas of the mattress except a slight dip in two corners that isn't really a concern. The mattress is surprisingly firm and I love it for that reason. Some people who prefer a softer sleep surface may find the mattress too firm. This mattress replaces a pillow-top mattress that, after only about 3 years was dipping on each side. I'm hopeful this Zinus mattress holds its firmness and shape over time!

This 12 inch memory foam mattress is SUPER comfortable! It came in a relatively small box (for a full sized mattress) but when we opened it, within an hour or so it had expanded quite nicely. It took overnight for it to go to full height and be sleep ready. I use this for my 11 year old and it is perfect! It has a decent firmness to it, but also a nice softness (it might be a little too much for some people). My only concern, and this is a very small one, is that the edges are not that sturdy (as you can see in the pictures). This is not a bed for sitting on the edge, but how many people really care about that?

I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve always only had traditional interspring mattress’ and was a bit reluctant to try something different but after many a sleepless night due to the aches and pains of an aging body and the promise of some relief with a memory foam mattress I placed my order and haven’t regretted it for one moment. I’ve had many a restful night since my new mattress arrived!

Had we not read the reviews prior to purchasing a mattress, we would have never chosen this one. It comes vacuum packed. Be sure you have it setting where you want it before removing the vacuum pack. It becomes its true size within seconds. Ours was ready to sleep on within the hour. We also ordered the 4" box spring that requires some assembly to go with it. Perfect height for a young child! There was no odor at all?? We love it!

The bed comes nicely packaged in a vacuum sealed bag and is not terribly heavy. If you are strong enough you probably could move this by yourself, if not, I would recommend having two people to move this (Depending on the size of the bed you ordered). Once you open the bed and let it expand you definitely will want to have two people move it. Things to note: -Bed takes 24 hours to fully expand after removing from packaging -There is an odor when opening, I'd recommend a well ventilated place to let this air out. (The odor is not near as strong as some of the memory foam products I have worked with.) -Depending on what size bed you get you will need enough space to let it expand properly Pros: -Cost -Fire protective cover -Comfy (Not too soft and not too hard) -Forms to the body quite well supporting all areas -No box spring needed -Good warranty Cons: -Cleaning it can be a hassle -Smell can take a while to air out -Holds heat to the body (I am a hot sleeper and do not like) Overall, this bed is really comfy and I have enjoyed sleeping on it. Like I said before, not too soft and not too hard. I dislike that it holds heat the way it does. I am a hot sleeper and start sweating at night when this happens. This will lead to the cleaning hassle I mentioned above. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a new bed for an amazing price point.
