This is a great product. It was easy to open and setup. I was a little disappointed that I didn't receive the Bifold frame though. The mattress had a firmness yet softness that at no point did I feel uncomfortable. I actually had some of the best nights of sleep I've ever had. I wake up feeling refreshed with no soreness in my joints.

I’ll admit I was skeptical at first but I really like this mattress. It comes rolled up tightly wrapped in plastic in a box that seems too small to fit a mattress so I had my doubts on the quality. But I was very wrong! This bed is so comfortable! Definitely more comfortable than the mattress it is replacing. I let it air out for a day or so. The smell isn’t bad at first but definitely is noticeable after a few hours. Don’t worry, it goes away by the next day. It’s fun watching the mattress expand. It happens pretty quickly once it comes out of the wrapping, probably 60 percent filled, then continues to expand slowly. The green tea is a nice touch, but I don’t know how long that will last. I went with the 12 inch mattress because I like the extra height and it was perfect for me. The bed is so comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time and it’s been a couple weeks now and I have yet to wake up in the middle of the night, my sleep has been so restful. I was worried there would be a long breaking in period, but since it is memory foam it just conformed to me immediately. It’s the perfect mix of firm but soft where I need it to be like it's cuddling me. I highly recommend giving this mattress a try, it’s been a great experience for me.

Zinus Night Therapy Green Tea Zest 12" Memory Foam Mattress arrives in a large box ready to use. The box is a little awkward to handle without someone to help, but certainly not more than a regular mattress. The mattress is tightly rolled in a clear wrap, so be very careful when opening the box with scissors or a knife. Upon unwrapping, the mattress begins to expand pretty quickly. Within a few days, it is completely expanded (although I would follow the 72 hour rule before actually using). I did not have any real issues with odor, but we left in a well ventilated area until ready to use. My son loves his new mattress. We have all taken turns testing it out, and it is quite firm with just the right softness. We have already ordered another for another bed in our home. For the price and delivered to your door, this is a win-win!

Only problem, it didn't expand the full 12 inches. After unpacking I let it "rest" as instructed the full 8 hours. It now measures approx. 10 and three quarters inches. As far as comfort goes its pretty good, but I do wonder about it not being cool in the warm weather if it ever gets here. Next question don't know if recommend?

We bought 5 of these for a vacation rental, one 12 inch and four 10 inch. We’d have bought five 12 inch but only one was in stock. Timeliness and convenience of delivery and set up were great. We slept on a 10 inch for a couple of weeks while there working on the property and found it very comfortable. The quality of materials and construction look good. I expect we will get a number of years of good service from these mattresses. We do love our $4,000 Intellibed mattress at home but these inexpensive mattresses from Sams Club offer a very similar nights rest.

This is the coziest mattress I’ve ever laid on. Not only is the size perfect for two adults a child and two dogs but we even have room for more! This mattress curves to your body and doesn’t wake anybody up when you get up my back has never felt better!

Alright everyone I want to first say this is probably the most comforting memory foam mattress I’ve had BUT I have to put my AC temp down to 67 degrees every night to prevent myself from sweating. If you don’t put your air to a cooler temp you will wake up covered in sweat. Overall shipping only took 5 days to get it in SC. I just wish the developers made this mattress with air ventilation somehow to keep us from getting so darn hot.

Surprisingly comfortable! We have name brand T. Beds for our kids but I could easily sub it out with this and they’d be great! I like a very firm bed so this wouldn’t work for Hubby & I. But it would definitely work for all our kids and the guest bedroom! Not sure the longevity yet but off the bat it’s comfortable & when you lay down it’s firm for a sec then you sink in a tad. Helps my kids stay in place a bit more when sleeping lol than rolling absolutely everywhere.

The bed is just as described and was a great choice--comfy, supportive, just right in terms of firmness. We made the switch to memory foam in order to accommodate our son's shoulder surgery, the recovery from which would require a more supportive mattress. Unfortunately, the bed arrived 2 weeks after we expected it so, although he is enjoying it now, it was not here when he needed it most.

This mattress is not even on all sides, I get 9" on one side, 10" on another, almost 11' on another, but never 12" which was advertised. It makes you feel like you're going to fall out of bed. I normally sleep on the left side of the bed, but since getting this mattress, I have to try and stay in the middle, so I don't roll off. I spoke to customer service, they gave me a percentage off, but this bed is not worth it. I wish I would've just asked for my money back, I'm very unhappy with this mattress!!! Thank you Adam for your help, but this mattress is horrible, in my opinion. I would not recommend it to anyone☹☹‼️
