Was supposed to be delivered and open within 72 hours. It took a lot longer than that to ship. I took about 5 days for it to get to me. In result, the matress is not fluffing up all the way and the sides are collapsed. I am very upset about this.

I received 4 days ago and not fully raised especially all 4 corners and surrounding, kind of slide from middle of mattress to both sides. The middle part raised to only 10inch instead of 12 as specified.

We bought for my sons full bed and I wish I had one on mine. He seems to love it and we had no problems with expansion, etc. Time will tell how long it stands up. It's been 2 weeks so far.

Even the replacement did not expand for 12 inches inspire of leaving it to breathe for 72 hours. It is uncomfortable and have usa terribke back ache with in 2 weeks of using it. It's not firm and the body literally sinks in where ever I sit or lay.
