Bought this for my brother who fell and fractured his L4 right after he received the mattress. He said the only relief he gets from pain and discomfort is when he’s laying on this mattress.

This is a comfortable nice upgrade from previous mattress. My second one purchased, I bought a twin awhile back still comfortable.No odor goes to shape well.

Good price. Two concerns noted on low reviews were non issue for us. It’s for my 18 year old boy about 220 lbs. He hasn’t noticed heat but did say rolling over is harder but not really an issue. He loves it.

purchased this bed about a month ago. really impressed with how we have slept on it. it seems a little warmer than a conventional mattress but the comfort is great. I would recommend this to all of my friends.

Bought a full size for a spare bedroom for an extended stay guest. It hissed, sucked in air, for only like 1.5 seconds at first opening. 3 days later, it's only 6" in middle, 3" on top and bottom ends. Talked to zinus, they said give it a week, add heat, and roll around on it Did all that, and 2 weeks later it's at best 9" in the middle, and 6" on the top/bottom ends. Very disappointed. We had to buy the "box spring" which isn't a spring, just a metal frame, just to get some height.

My husband and I bought this mattress about a year ago. We thought we'd try a memory foam mattress because of all the great reviews, but It's almost impossible to sleep on. The memory foam gets very warm at night. Also if you normally roll or reposition yourself during the night, good luck. You honestly cannot roll over on this mattress. You sink into the memory foam, and you need to use two hands to lift yourself up and then plop yourself down on another part of the mattress. If you land and don't hit a position you like, then you have to try again until you do. I'm not a large person (about 5'3" 115lbs), but I sink into this. I spent about 4 months trying to like it, then about 3 months on the couch, and then I tried peeling off the memory foam and just using the base of the mattress. It's been that way for about 2 months, and it's better, but the base foam is just too hard and I wakeup aching. We plan to buy a new inner spring, which is what I had before, and replace this $300 mistake.

I don’t find this mattress comfortable at all. I have purchased a similar one in the past and I just think it’s a different quality. In addition, this mattress does not come with the box spring. The pictures give you the impression that it does but if you read more closely it does not. So please be aware of that.

I'm usually not one to pay much attention to reviews because I know everyone has differing opinions but this is one I should have. I've only had this mattress for a week but it is like sleeping on the floor. It is way too firm and I have to continually move due to my shoulders and hips hurting. I'm really hoping that it will "relax" after sleeping on it for a while because I'm sure at this point it would be way more difficult to return it!

I ordered a king and I'm pretty certain they gave me a cal king because the mattress is longer that its accompanying boxspring and longer than my king size bed. I'm so disappointed in this order. They get 2 starts because the mattress is comfortable. It just looks hideous now hanging over my bed. I plan on returning it ASAP
