Queen Size purchased. Received box on Friday, opened it on Saturday and still on Monday it has yet to decompress. The corners are the worst part. Wish these reviews recently would of been posted before I purchased. I have the mattress in a basement bedroom all set up on the bed for guest to enjoy this holiday season. How am I supposed to make sure this decompresses for our guests to enjoy and not have to deal with returning as I don’t have a car to transport it?

Pleasantly Surprised
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. We were in desperate need of a new mattress and began reviewing them online clueless as to what each type and style meant. Our old mattress was an expensive coil and pillow top and we at least knew we didn't want that any more. We were leaning towards something firm and with little heat retention. We visited several mattress stores around town to get an idea of what we liked, what was available and the price range. The mattresses we seemed to like the most were in the 1000s of dollars price range and we were shocked. Our favorite wound up being the lower line of the Tempur-pedics because they were firmer but we couldn't justify the exorbitant price. My brother had recently purchased a mattress like this one from Sams for his oldest son and was raving about it. He couldn't believe the feel for the price and said their next mattress would be one of these. We began researching and reading reviews and thought we'd give it a shot because of the price and the easy return. We received it, laughed at the packaging, removed the bag and let it inflate. 48 hours later we moved it into place. We couldn't be happier. Very comfortable with little heat retention and at a small fraction of the price as the other brands. We asked each other if we could tell a difference between this mattress and the other expensive ones, like the Tempurpedics, and we said no. I mean, it's just foam. Something you use for packaging material when shipping. It shouldn't cost much. With the other mattresses you're paying for marketing and the several middlemen that require commission. We got a queen size and it is slightly larger than our old one made by Sealy. It measures 80.5 inches long by 60 inches wide and it is the full 12-inches thick just as they state. Not sure of the weights but it is definitely heavier than our old coil and pillow top. As a comparison in feel from what we tried out, the Tempur-Contour in the Medium-Firm range was the closest to this 'Green Tea' semi-firm version. They rate theirs on a 1-8 scale with 8 being the firmest. I'd say this one is like their Tempur-Contour Rhapsody at a 6. We actually liked the lower line Tempur-Flex Prima. It is their coil-foam hybrid and somewhat cheaper. It had a faster reaction time and although rated at a 6, it felt firmer than the others rated the same. Since this one is just like the Rhapsody, I imagine that Sam's coil-foam hybrids would be a lot like the Prima. We're just enjoying the non-motion transfer too much not to change :)
De shaped
I purchased two full size mattress and were good so ordered a king sized which delivered in folded and cycled with Heavy plastic wrap and made all corners dumped and pressed looks not a normal and no use of this since all four corners are like 6-8 inches while mattress is of 12 inches so no one can sleep on very uneven mattress I am very disappointed

I love it!
I had to replace my old mattress, because it was too soft and not supportive enough. I was nervous about purchasing this one, but I absolutely love it! It provides good support to my body while also molding to fit me, so it's super comfortable. Now I've been visiting family for the holidays and miss sleeping in my own bed! Highly recommend! I also appreciate the sense of humor included in the instructions. It's amazing the high quality found in a mattress that's wrapped up and delivered in a box.
Not worth it
Received this memory foam mattress, opened it and let it sit for 48 hours as instructed. Was supposed to be a 12” mattress but only expanded to 10”. Doesn’t feel like memory foam at all. The cover was baggy as if it was missing a layer of foam. Unzipped the cover and measured the foam. What was supposed to be two separate 3.5” layers of high-density base foam is actually two 2.5” layers of egg-crate style regular foam. What was supposedly “memory foam” is low density foam. Shipped the first one back and waiting on a replacement. Maybe I got a bad one???
do not waste your money
We bought this mattress in 2019 it never got to the full 12 inches. A year later the middle is sagging and two inches lower then the outer parts of the mattress. Tried to warranty it out with the company since it has a 10 year warranty where I was informed they do not have any in stock and do not know when they will to replace it. The agent told me to reach out to Sam’s who is also out of stock they wanted to pick the mattress up leaving us without a mattress before a refund would be issued. Which I understand but very inconvenient especially if you don’t have the money sitting around to go buy a new one.
Beware warranty issues
Bought this 8 months ago and within 5 months started noticing a high spot in the middle. Tried rearranging sleep habits to minimize this to no avail. Notified manufacturer to start a warranty claim. Their process requires photos to substantiate. Memory foam returns to original appearance, however it doesn't show the density change that is creating the "hump" in the middle. Laying on the mattress for 10 seconds would show mattress is defective. Photos don't show it. Warranty is useless.

Terrible Manufacturer Smell
I received this mattress about a month ago and the chemical smell will not go away! It's intoxicating! It's smelled up my entire house and I've tried everything to get rid of it! Its so overpowering and you can taste it. I dont know what to do to get my house smelling normal and the smell out of the mattress! Otherwise the mattress is a comfortable mattress and definitely 12". But you cant sleep on it from the strong scent.
good for a memory foam trial
I loved it at first so if your new to memory foam and want to try it but don't want to waist money on the experiance it's fine but it's not a long lasting investment. After 3 years it started breaking down and we are ready for a new better built one.

Not the most comfortable mattress.
I don’t find this mattress comfortable at all. I have purchased a similar one in the past and I just think it’s a different quality. In addition, this mattress does not come with the box spring. The pictures give you the impression that it does but if you read more closely it does not. So please be aware of that.
