I’ll admit I was skeptical at first but I really like this mattress. It comes rolled up tightly wrapped in plastic in a box that seems too small to fit a mattress so I had my doubts on the quality. But I was very wrong! This bed is so comfortable! Definitely more comfortable than the mattress it is replacing. I let it air out for a day or so. The smell isn’t bad at first but definitely is noticeable after a few hours. Don’t worry, it goes away by the next day. It’s fun watching the mattress expand. It happens pretty quickly once it comes out of the wrapping, probably 60 percent filled, then continues to expand slowly. The green tea is a nice touch, but I don’t know how long that will last. I went with the 12 inch mattress because I like the extra height and it was perfect for me. The bed is so comfortable. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time and it’s been a couple weeks now and I have yet to wake up in the middle of the night, my sleep has been so restful. I was worried there would be a long breaking in period, but since it is memory foam it just conformed to me immediately. It’s the perfect mix of firm but soft where I need it to be like it's cuddling me. I highly recommend giving this mattress a try, it’s been a great experience for me.

This memory foam mattress is relatively firm but still has give to your body weight. I thought it wasn't firm enough but my wife thought it wasn't soft enough. We were afraid that it was going to smell of green tea. There isn't a noticeable smell. When sleeping with a partner you don't notice their movements as much as I traditionally have on a spring mattress. Not sure if it passes the "wine glass test" though. The mattress does not get hot at night although it is not cold either. Was this the best nights sleep that I ever had on a mattress? No. Was I comfortable? Yes. If I were at a hotel I'd be fine with a mattress like this. I'm just not sure if its right for me every night. I would recommend this mattress to most people unless you are particularly picky on how your mattress feels and sleeps on. Mattress comes boxed rolled up and is recommended to open within 72 hours. It takes just over a day for it to fully expand to full size.

This mattress is not even on all sides, I get 9" on one side, 10" on another, almost 11' on another, but never 12" which was advertised. It makes you feel like you're going to fall out of bed. I normally sleep on the left side of the bed, but since getting this mattress, I have to try and stay in the middle, so I don't roll off. I spoke to customer service, they gave me a percentage off, but this bed is not worth it. I wish I would've just asked for my money back, I'm very unhappy with this mattress!!! Thank you Adam for your help, but this mattress is horrible, in my opinion. I would not recommend it to anyone☹☹‼️

We had purchased a memory foam mattress from Sam's club in the past and loved it. Now it was time to purchase another and I happened to get a text from Sam's Club alerting me to Black Friday deals. I was able to not only get the mattress we wanted but it was half price with free shipping! It was so easy to unpack and set up. it was fully ready to use within 48 hours. Super comfortable and great sleep.

This bed is very firm, unfortunately it doesn’t give the firmness in any of the descriptions. We don’t mind a firm bed but this was much firmer than we could handle. We ended up having to add a mattress topper to be able to sleep on it. To be fair, this bed is great - a great price for what it is - and maybe it would be softer after extended use or in a different climate (we live in cold Wyoming). We did appreciate that it does not sleep hot and that you do not disturb your partner with movement. If it was softer, I would rate it 5 stars.

Terrible! Middle part got to 10" while corners stayed at 6". Nowhere does the mattress measure 12 inches. Corners look ridiculous. Bought the mattress for a child. He was looking forward to a new larger bed. I would've returned it in a heartbeat, but that would mean letting him know the mattress is really bad quality and essentially ruinining his birthday gift. No way thuis could work for an adult. Would not recommend to anyone! Have yet to call customer service, but reading reviews here I can see how all they will offer is a replacement and sounds like it's a common problem with this mattress and getting a new one will accomplish nothing. Appalled by the fact that manufacturer is allowed to sell this garbage and sams club is supporting it.

This is my third Zinus 12” Green Tea Memory Foam mattress. The first two were purchase 3 and 4 years ago, and they were both amazing and are still perfect. Unfortunately my recent purchase did not decompress properly. After 5 days it’s uneven and lumpy and varies from 6 inches to 10 inches thick. I tried all of the recommendations for decompression problems to no avail. I’m so upset because now I have to wrestle this beast from my third floor condo, into my car, and get it to Sam’s Club for a refund. What a disappointing hassle.

Excellent night's sleep and just the right amount of firmness for us.

It's in a guest bedroom so I don't sleep on it. just watch TV with the Grandbabies.
