I took this container for a week at my work trying different type of food like stew and my favourites chicken soup too. To my surprise for it did not leak anything in my lunch bag. the built is solid I dropped it twice but it did not break. Now I can take whatever I can for my lucnh without being worried of leakage. Loved it and definitely recommended.

It's safer and more convenient to carry around, as i dont have to worry about dropping it. The BPA free plastic provided peace of mind as it is microwave safe and I love the vents, which allow the food to be evenly heated. Con: Although the plastic is very clear, it does appear that it will eventually stain. I would avoid using pasta sauce in this container.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew the first day I used these that I was a fan. I packed away all my old Rubbermaid containers just to make room for more of these. Sturdy bowls and latches with a tight seal that does NOT leak, spaghetti, casserole, a sandwich, soup, it's all safe, nothing is getting in or out and they seem to be resisting stains really well. No red bowls yet! Pack your lunch, save your left overs, they work great either way.

Upon unboxing, I thought they were made of glass but once I handled them, I realized that though they look like glass, they’re actually made of a heavy duty crystal clear plastic. The lids have very secure and strong snaps in place on two sides. I could tell what a tight and secure seal it is. Have to say, I’m very pleased with these containers. They’re much more secure, higher quality and seal freshness far better than any other types of food storage containers I’ve used in the past. The smallest container is perfect for leftover onion, chopped veggies or sauces that you don’t want oxidizing or spoiling. The larger ones are great for an array of dry goods (ie flour, cereal, pasta) to keep bugs and air out.

That’s what I have been dealing with and I had enough. Not with these. Wow are these solid. I can seriously see these lasting for years. I am so happy I have these in my house now and will be getting another set and just dumping all the other containers we have.

These containers are no joke, from messy beans with sauce to soup I haven't experienced a leak yet - and I've dealt with so-called "leak proof" containers in the past that did a good job but not this foolproof. Would highly recommend, they seem sturdy and like they will stand up for a long time against wear and tear.

The lids made it easy to open. Sucked in the air so my supplies stay fresh. Strong to the touch and sleek to the finish. I will be changing out my entire pantry with Rubbermaid.
