In general, I like these containers, but they are really tall and narrow. If tall narrow containers work for your kitchen space- get them! If not, I would recommend a different size.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am completely blown away by this Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Container. It is everything it claims to be! This container holds liquids with no fear of it leaking. The seal is incredibly strong and even takes a bit of effort to open it. After nooking the food in it there was no staining and after washing no odor. The container still looked brand new which is awesome. Price on the containers is a little steep, but well worth it and I am definitely going to purchase others.

I take my container to work with me as its leakproof, so I can take soup or whatever I would like without the worries! It has a lifetime warranty. Its guaranteed leakproof, and stain and odor resistant. They are also stackable, to make life easier and very afforable. Only con about this product is, wishing more stores carried them as I had a hard time finding it in my town. Even some of ths larger stores that carry them did not. Highly recommend these.

These containers are amazing! I can honestly say that Rubbermaid has come a long way through the years. These containers are made of a thicker plastic so they hold up to dents and dings. The lid has a seal on it like no other I have ever seen. It's like a vacuum seal, it's that tight. The lid then clicks on with tabs to make the containers 100% spill proof. As soon as I got the containers, I put some water in them and literally tossed them back and forth with my husband. Not a drop was spilled from it. That's rather impressive. I also really love how they stack so well in the refrigerator and cabinets so I now have more room because they can be stacked. They are also great for tailgating. You can toss some meat and veggies in them with marinade and throw them in the cooler without worrying that they are going to spill all over the rest of your food and drinks. I've also noticed that my produce lasts so much longer when stored in these containers as opposed to other containers, zip top bags, and especially the packaging the produce comes in. It's a great size for lunches especially and feels like a heavy duty container that won't easily break. The lid does seal very tight, so it's a little difficult to remove but not horrible. I'm not a huge fan of reheating in plastic but did try it and it held up fine and the built in vents under the latches seem to work nice as well. I did also try this with red sauces and it didn't stain the container at all, true to it's claim.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have to be honest, I was so not expecting to like this product and didn't believe what the manufacturer was touting about the product . It's advertised as leak proof, microwave and dishwasher safe, as well as stain proof. But it is a Rubbermaid product so I decided to take a chance. So- I decided to give it a real test and work out. I put leftover lasagna in it and froze it for a week. Then I thawed it out and took it to work in my back pack. I checked it a few times on my commute to make sure it wasn't leaking, which it totally wasn't. I then heated it up for lunch and ate it directly out of the container. No creepy plastic taste, no leaks and the air vents when the lid is unsnapped work well. Then I rinsed out the container and was stunned to see zero stains. All of these things are amazing in them self but all in one container- amazing. This product is great for both adults and kids on the go. It's easy, lightweight and totally leak proof. Highly recommend this!

This is a 36 piece set featuring many different sizes. The air tight seal makes your food stay fresh longer. They are very well made containers. They are plastic and very sturdy. These containers are not like those cheap ones that barely suction. These containers have a strong suction. I have a garden and I like to cut up my vegetables and separate them in containers. As you know fresh vegetables will turn faster than the ones you get from the grocery store. I went ahead and cut them up and put them in the containers. Some containers I put in the refrigerator, and the others I put straight in the freezer. They work great, and are very convenient! I plan on getting a few more sets after trying these. I will use them all of the time!

I've always been a huge fan of Rubbermaid storage containers, but these Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers really take it to a new level. The leak proof seals fit nice and snugly into the base of the containers and the click latches make it that much more secure. I threw one of these containers filled with messy leftovers in my bag without thinking twice and there was no mess when it came time to eat. They are also really sturdy. The plastic is very thick - but not too heavy. They are BPA free, which makes me feel safe saving our leftovers (and reheating) in them. I also love that they are freezer safe. I am a HUGE fan of freezer cooking and am always on the hunt for good containers that will hold up in the freezer.
