I was waiting to try it with a soup or sauce and that wasn't on the menu for a bit. But once I did I was so impressed. The tritan lid is AMAZING. It really locks the mess inside. When I put my spaghetti sauce in it, the first thing I did was flip it upside down and shake it. NOTHING leaked. Not even a drop. I was impressed. The next test was microwaving the left overs. Again it was awesome, it didn't melt and it warmed up at a good time. My last test was to see if the spaghetti sauce was going to leave a stain and a tomato smell. Guess what, it didn't. It washed up SO nice. Easy to store and great for taking lunches. Because it doesn't leak! Very impressed. If there was one think I would like better, if it was glass, just because I like to store food in glass and microwave food in glass too. Other than that I loved it. Definitely would recommend these containers.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have fallen in love with the new Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage containers. It is great that the container is clear making it easy to know what is in it when I rummage through the freezer, and rendering it unnecessary to pull off lids to discover what is inside, and the seal keeps the frost and freezer burn away. I tested the seal by using the container to take soup to work with me for my lunch. Running for the bus shook the container every which way, and it was upside down when I arrived, but not one drop had seeped out. Using the microwave to heat the soup at my lunch break was very easy and quick, with the simple wing locks raised to allow steam to escape, without any soup spillage. I will definitely be purchasing several more of these so both my husband and I may have homemade hot lunches at work with no hassle or mess.

It solves the problem of unappetizing stained and damaged plastic food containers from microwaving. The Rubbermaid Brilliance container looks clear and clean even after multiple uses- just like glass containers. The benefit is it is much lighter weight than glass containers and no risk of glass breaking if it is dropped.

This is the first time that I write a review for a product but this is worthy. I absolutely fell in love with the containers they look stunning and the close so tide that you could see the quality and have the condifence that it will work. I bought two and next day went for more. It value every penny. Not going back to other one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don’t have a dishwasher so with plastic containers, they always stain, look dingey and gross. This container hasn’t stained yet and we even microwaved marinara sauce. The big red monster. I love the lid with the clasps and rubber line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tupperware is such nice quality, it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy or like it’s going to melt in the dishwasher like some of the cheaper ones that I get. I was surprised how secure the lid fit onto the base. It has the two flaps on the side to hold it down but also the rubber lining makes a tight seal with the body so you have to pull at it a bit to get it off. Awesome for any soups or saucy foods. And it’s lightweight!! This would definitely be the one that I would bring out with me to pack lunches and things. Also, the vent holes are really nice so I can stop using paper towels or paper plates to stop the splatter all over my microwave. I highly recommend!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE™ Food Storage Containers are a great, leak-proof way to store and reheat food. The fits tightly, and snaps on to prevent leaking and spillage, even in a lunch bag or backpack. The vented lid allows you to microwave your food with the lid on, preventing splattering your microwave. I was worried that this might cause soggy leftovers, but this was not the case. I would highly recommend Rubbermaid® BRILLIANCE™ Food Storage Containers for anyone who takes a lunch with them to work or school. I usually stick to glass containers, but these are far superior to other plastic containers that I have used.

The Rubbermaid Brilliance is wonderful for storage. However, it would be nice if there were larger sizes for storing things like sugar and flour. The seal on these containers is amazing which is why it would be great if there was a larger option for bulk items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perfect for any pantry item like lentils, rice etc. I love that they're airtight sealed to ensure my grains stay fresh. The sizes are lovely because they can squeeze any tight space while also being tall enough to fit a significant amount of ingredients. Well made set overall!

I bought a set over a year ago and keep buying them so I can toss out other brands. Want to get new sizes and organize my cupboards with them. Love the tight waterproof seals. I’ve had no problems with any of my sizes. Great for pest control so you don’t have to worry any pest evasion.
