My first use of this product was not good. I warmed food in the 4.7 cup container in the microwave and placed plastic wrap over the top, bad idea. The plastic wrap melted and stuck to the outside and I was unable to remove it, so it went in the garbage. I bake with plastic wrap over some things, so you can imagine my surprise to have it glue/melt to the container in the microwave.

Just bought these a couple weeks ago and was super happy with them at first. After only a few uses however, one of my containers now won't seal at all and leaks horribly! So disappointed as I take soup to lunch frequently and was excited about leak-proof claim. I will have to see if the rest of my set starts to do the same thing, maybe just a defective lid?

The lids create a tight seal and helps to keep the contents fresh. My only con is that they seem to be made of acrylic, which isn't a bad thing. I'm just wondering how well they will hold up. They are easy to clean and are large enough to hold a lot. I am really surprised how well they look and function.

I have purchased many leak proof containers in the past and have never seen one ad good as this. I took soup worth me to work. I traveled buy train and walked severely blocks. I was bumped into on the train as well. No spills at all! I am so impressed! Nice tight seal. I also live that the container is clear so I can see what's in it when stored.

It worked perfectly, We closed the vents to check out the claim about it being 100% leak proof, I am so used to products claiming to be leak-proof, that I honestly doubted it. I was amazed to find that it really IS leak-proof! The soup didn't stain the clear plastic container either. I know they are made in various sizes, and I will be looking for much larger ones for my husband. This size was perfect for the twins or for an adult portion. I can't find anything negative to say about it.

They come in a variety of sizes for all my storage needs and they are see thru so I’m able to see what’s in each one without having to open every container. Not only that, some other great features I really like about the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers are they are stackable so they take up less space, microwavable and they wash very well with no staining. But the best part about the containers are the lockable latches which makes them 100% leak proof. I don’t have to worry about those accidental spills which can happy in day to day life.
