I bought some of these containers 8 months ago. I have treated them well and been careful not to microwave them too long but they are falling apart. The lids have stress cracks, one of which just spread across the whole surface of the lid. The containers themselves have been bubbling and have countless stress cracks in the walls. I really do like these containers, I just wish they lasted longer.

Being air tight the goods will be able to last a very long time. Being really thick, I am sure they will not break or crack and feel heavy duty.

I am so in love with this product. It's great for anyone who is looking to have a sealed container that does not spill all over the place. The lids lock into place and the rubber in the lid seals the containers very well. They are easy to store and very lightweight. I would recommend this to anyone, really. I love using these to store chips, or leftovers. They're also great for traveling with! I have two little girls that I like to have snacks in the car for, and these containers are great for that purpose. I can trust that they won't spill all over the place. Although I was given this product for free, this is my honest review. I recently took my Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers on vacation with us packed with some snacks for the car ride with our children and then to use for our days on the beach. I found it so helpful that these containers are 100% leak-proof guaranteed! It was wonderful to reach for the container and open it knowing the contents wouldn’t be floating in water! As a busy mama of two boys, I also love the convenient feature of these containers being safe for the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer! When we got home from vacation, I stocked up on another set. Thanks for a reliable, quality product Rubbermaid!

I started using this instead of her single compartment container and I can attest that she has never been more pleased with my lunch packing skills. Nothing crunch gets soggy and everything tastes as it was cooked.

Nice looking, good stack ability, snap lids work great-however-spend extra on the glass version. The plastic brilliance containers develop cracks, and the ‘no leaks’ claim goes out the window at that point. Even though I hand wash all dishes, these did not last long enough to recommend to anyone. I did call warranty service, nice conversation, but learned these pieces are now only warranted for 120 days. Not worth it.

The only thing I find is if you spill something on the locking closures while using it it an sometimes be hard to get off. But other than that I would recommend this product to everyone ! I have uses mine for soups stews and just about everything. I even bought the bigger one aswell.
