(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have been using the Rubbermaid Brilliance food storage container for some time now and just love it. I have been using the medium size, but will be purchasing them in larger sizes as well. They seal very tightly and keep food fresh and protected. I love that the entire container is clear, making it very easy to see what you have stored. It can go from fridge to microwave with no issues. It cleans very well, and even spaghetti sauce doesn't leave a permanent stain. The only way I could love them more is if they were glass.

I’m a food blogger and spend a great deal of time in the kitchen, so when Rubbermaid decided to send me a set of their new food storage containers for review purposes I was really able to run them through their paces. Over the past few weeks they’ve been stuffed with soup, stew, chili, curry, and other random dinner leftovers with great results. I haven’t had a single leak in my lunchbox yet, which is why these have quickly become my favorite containers for taking food on-the-go. What really makes these different from other latch-style containers is the fact that the seal isn’t removable—it’s attached directly to the lid which eliminates any chance of the seal slipping and allowing wet contents like salad dressing, salsa, or soup to slip through the cracks and all over your lunchbox. This, coupled with the built in vents below the latches that allow you to keep the lid on while warming your food, is what makes the design of these containers so brilliant. As much as I’ve enjoyed these containers they do have one major drawback—they’re incredibly difficult to open, so they may not be the best choice for anyone with impaired grip strength or for smaller children who are still developing their fine motor skills (my five year old really struggles when trying to open these containers and usually ends up spilling the contents everywhere.) I have already recommended it many of my family and friends and I love showing it off when someone comes over to my place. I would highly suggest this product to busy working mom's who definitely don't want to spend their important time cleaning up unwanted leaks. But then again no one wants to be in this position. I would recommend this product to everyone. I use this product to contain things that are either oily or liquid like soup. I love the fact that it has a tight seal. Not only it helps to avoid spills but also keep my food fresh for days. I can cook in advance and store my food without worrying about it spoiling. There are no cons. I have already purchased 6 more containers to store my dinner for everyday of the week. It's a must buy. You can't go wrong with this.

The lids make a whooshing sound when I press them on, which gives me such gratification, knowing everything is being kept airtight. Although all different sizes to accommodate a wide variety of food, the lids are interchangeable, making them even more convenient. Not only are these highly functional, they are beautiful doing it. I love the crystal clearness of them. I also love their ability to stack. Between that and their square shape there is zero wasted space in my pantry. My Family and I just love this Rubbermaid Brilliance Pantry Baking Set!

It does an absolute wonderful job of keeping everything in the container, so no spills or leaks in my lunch bag. Also, I love that it is BPA-free, a very important aspect to a plastic container. It also helps that it is microwave and dishwasher safe, and lastly, the the 360 degree clarity makes it a winner in a field of competition.

It's great for soup on the go (as it has a great seal and can go in the microwave) or storing yummy treats and keeping them visually and temptingly on display. So far I haven't found any cons. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely hate having open food in the pantry, first, its like open season for mice or critters and second, you lose shelf life to products that actually have a great shelf life until open. These Rubbermaid containers take away both these problems. They are well made, nice thick plastic, they have a fantastic seal to keep things super fresh, and are stackable, so a super space saver! I can think of a million things to put in these, so I think I need thirty more sets!!!

I love snacking and have recently started eating healthier, however I wanted a quick and easy way to have my snacks with me while keeping them crisp and fresh, especially when it comes to my fruits and veggies. These BRILLIANCE containers are awesome. Not only can I keep my snacks in them, but I can also store leftovers. I can microwave them or keep them in the refrigerator and clean up is a breeze as I can just toss them in the dishwasher. I just love them and plan on getting a few more.

I wouldn’t do anything to change this product. It’s airtight lids are easy to use and works great. I want more and so will you if you get them!
