(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Loved this product- the lid fits snug- no leaking. I stored food upside down in the fridge to check for leaks. Also smells didn't seep out either. I liked the snap sides and they are on well- won't be breaking off like similar products I have. Microwaved and didn't warp or get hot. Washed by hand so unsure how it handles in the dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an upgrade to any Tupperware I’ve previously owned. It’s made from a nice, sturdy, clear plastic that feels like it will hold up for a long time. It’s stain resistant, and seems to clean quite easily, and it can be washed in the dishwasher. The lid seals well. Recently I made some baked goods in an 8x8 pan, and after cut into squares, this dish was the perfect size to store them in the fridge (minus the 2 or 3 squares that I ate right out of the pan. :) )

In short: These containers are awesome! Spill-proof, don't stink, sturdy and keep food really fresh! I do food prep every Sunday - things like making a big batch of soup and roasting a ton of vegetables - to make eating healthy throughout the week easier. So I used a LOT of storage containers. I am so happy with these Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers. They kept the food really fresh for days and I don't have to worry at all about throwing a container of soup in my bag to heat up for lunch. Not only does it not spill, but also, even after heating up a tomato soup in them, they didn't stain or stink! I also love that they stack nicely for storage in my itty bitty kitchen. I'll be for sure buying more of these and replacing some of my older, grimier looking food storage containers. I've only used them for a couple of weeks so far, but I feel like they will definitely hold up in the long run. I was given a free sample of these containers, but I really do mean every word!

I really loved these containers. They worked great and didn't leak. America's Test Kitchen even rated them the best storage containers. After using them for a while they have started to crack on the sides all the way through so now they leak. I don't have a dishwasher and have always hand washed mine so I expected them to last longer than they did. I've had to throw them away which means more useless plastic in the landfill. Disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love just how air tight and sealed these containers are, though it can sometimes make them a tiny bit harder to open. Definitely spill-proof. I've used them for things like enchiladas and pastas with tomato based sauces and haven't had any staining. They are slightly bulkier to store but look so much more appealing.

I received these containers for free in exchange for my honest review. I have the 6-piece Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Container Set. Rubbermaid claims these containers are 100% leak-proof guaranteed. So the first thing I did when I received my set was put water in one of the containers, put the lid on it and set the container on its side so that the water was pressing against the side of the lid. I left the container like that for several hours; no leaks. I then turned the container on to its other side and left it like that overnight. No leaks. Finally I turned the container upside down and left it like that for several ours. No leaks! The suction on the lid is incredible. I was quite impressed because I've always heard that if there is a way out, water will find it. There is no way out of a Rubbermaid Brilliance container. Next, my son took hummus to school in his lunch box. Earlier that week, the lid on a container with hummus in it had come off and there was hummus all over his lunch box once he got home. I was reticent to let him take hummus again but now that we had these Brilliance containers, I felt better about letting him take it after that incident. And yes, there were NO leaks, plus the container cleaned up quite easily. Hummus can be difficult to get off of plastic containers because it's so oily but the Brilliance containers came clean with hot water and a little bit of dish soap. I like using them use in the refrigerator because not only do they look nice (I just got a new fridge so I'm all about everything looking pretty), they are clear and there's no guessing about what is in them after a few days. So handy for leftovers!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I got to try this product for free and it was pretty good. It is attractive and has these neat little air vents. It also doesn't discolour. I only had one issue. Sometimes it doesn't lock right and will leak. Maybe I just got a bad one. Overall I do still like it quite a bit! I would also recommend it to others.
