It has its flaws. I recommend taking the water savers. Without taking them out i would rate it a 1. The showerhead water flow went from a light flow to a downpour after removing. Removing and placing the handheld back could be a little better, im always afraid its going to fall down.

Shower is to low, i'm 5'8" & the shower head comes just below my shoulders making it difficult to get water on your hair without squatting or using the detachable wand. Then the pressure isnt good at all either, even after i took the aerator out.

Nice shower head unit. This Delta In2ition is not as good as the one I purchased several years ago from Lowe’s but for the price point it is very nice. This one has a smaller spray head from the original but still does the job. If I were to buy another one it would be the one from Lowe’s in the future. I, however, would not discourage others from buying this one.
