Water flow is sooo poor.

The shower head does not sit well on the cradle. It takes a couple of tries for it to fit everytime. The flow restrictor is probably tripled, water flow is super slow.

Nice spray, Plastic Fittings Not So Nice

I usually only hand tighten when I see plastic fittings so when I installed this (very simple), I tested it and it was leaking at the main shower arm, I hand tightened it just a bit using very little force; when I tested again, it started spurting water all over so when I checked it, it had already cracked. This is why I don't trust plastic fittings.

Don't waste your time or money

not a good buy. The water head does not produce a very strong stream of water. The finish is great, but the design is flawed. It protrudes out further than similar heads and you will bump into it reguarly. Further, the mechanism that holds the detachable head in place does not take much effort to knock it loose. I replaced my previous head in the shower. This shower is a stand-alone shower with a swinging glass door. The head was excellent for cleaning the door.

Not a good shower head. Very little water pressure and you can’t turn the water off coming from the shower head when you using the hand held shower head any that is a short hose. My father in law had to sit for showers and he hated it. For me it was wasted money.

Crappy plastic connector....

the attachment that goes to the wall pipe is made of plastic which becomes stripped easily and is not able to be tightened very well so had to use a monkey wrench which tore it up. For a delta shower head, way over priced and poorly manufactured.
