And the fact that there’s a magnet that holds the hand one up really works very well love it

This is a very good shower head! It has very high pressure and a removable center that has a massage setting on it that pulses the water out. I highly recommend this if you're in need of one. I purchased the in2ition shower head 3 days ago. The installation was quite simple but the water flow was terrible and after the 3 days the threads let go and the shower head fell to the floor. Water went everywhere. I tried to put it back on but the threads would not catch. I made sure it wasn't cross threaded but the plastic fittings are of very poor quality. I have had many Delta plumbing products but this one was a waste of money. Unfortunately Delta seems to be producing low end quality products with no regards to customer satisfaction. I will not recommend Delta to anyone.

The unit was nice while it lasted (about 1 year), then a cheap plastic ring failed rendering the shower head useless. I came to the Delta site to buy a replacement ring and they don't even sell the part. Now I will have to throw everything away and buy a new shower head. It will be a different brand this time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed it very easily with no tools. Since it has washers at the connections, Teflon tape was not necessary. I was very pleased with how easy it is to control the settings on the hand shower. My previous hand shower had a difficult sliding valve that was nearly impossible to operate with one hand, especially a soapy hand. The shower and shower head both can be adjusted up or down, Left or right easily due to it's lightweight. The head and wand operate independently of each other and the wand offers four spray settings. I sometimes have to remove the water restrictor washer out of some cheap shower heads but that was not necessary on this model, there's plenty of water flow. Although it's made up of plastic, it feels solid and works very well. the hand shower has 4 spray settings and has good pressure.

I had no problem swapping it for the head that my apartment uses and no leaks were had thankfully. There’s a toggle at the top that allows you to switch to either just the shower head, the head and the attachable wand, or just the wand. Being able to use just the wand is great to rinse off my dog in the tub!

Delta is a wonderful brand I heard by word of mouth so I decided to give it a try with a new much needed shower head! And I'm very pleased with this one compared to my old shower head I had before! This is my favorite by far! Its durable and is very easy to use! No tools was needed to put this up which I loved! It isnt made of cheap plastic that will break! It has 3 or 4 different options on the sprayer! You can use the big round sprayer or the hand held sprayer or both at the same time! The pressure is awesome!! I am overall very very pleased! I would highly recommend this!
