We surprised our kids with this swing set for Easter about 5 years ago. This thing is solid! Well built! Great warranty! It hasn't faded at all. Just purchased a lifetime toddler/baby swing and excited to add it on so our littlest can enjoy it too. The slide is pretty fast and has a little drop off the end, so every kid whose gone down it has ended up landing on their rear at least once, but they bounce back up and play some more. To take advantage of all the features, I'd recommend this for kids at least 4 and older. Best feature is that it doesn't have to be restrained every year like the wooden sets!!

I've had the Lifetime Big Adventure playset for almost 4 years. On moving the unit some of the hardware stripped the heads during disassembly. Customer service responded to an email requesting replacement parts without hesitation and without cost to me. It was nice to be surprised by how easy they made it to get my set back together and functioning after a move. The set itself has been outstanding for my kid and stands out when compared to other standard wooden sets. Great product, great service hands down!

Had this playset for 3 years before we had to move. Held up great. While our neighbor's wooden playset built at the same time was falling apart, ours looked like it was still new. Takes some effort and time to put together. Make sure though you know you'll want to keep it for a long time because it will take some effort to take it down as well.

I bought two swing sets. It took myself and one other person to build both sets about two days. Kids love it, very durable and well built. Only one problem occurred during assembly. The screws provided to assemble to rock climbing tower and roof were not manufactured correctly. The cross head was too small for a drill bit to grab and then sink the screw into the swing frame. I had to run down to hardware store and buy self-drilling sheet metal screws to finish the job. Other than the one problem, the instructions were very easy to follow and no missing parts. I love it!!

When the pandemic struck, we knew we'd be at home and needing to keep our 5-yr-old busy. We wanted a playset for the bare backyard. And we hoped to avoid the wooden playsets, as they need annual maintenance that I tend to neglect. We wound up at the Lifetime website and were won over by the myriad choices of playsets. Honestly, the worst part of the whole experience was deliberating over which playset to choose! The setup was actually a great experience. Yes, there's a lot of work involved, but the instructions and sorting of hardware is top-notch. I had no questions along the way, everything was organized well and clearly stated in the assembly manual. And the finished product is as good as I'd hoped. The product is holding up well to the elements and the 5-yr-olds clambering all over it, the colors are holding, I see no rust and the surfaces are super-easy to clean. And it seems like the bugs avoid this playset and instead try nesting under my deck, probably another benefit to avoiding wood construction... We use and enjoy this swingset almost every day. We have had this swing set for two months now and absolute love it! Ours boys who are 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 play on it almost everyday. They love having so many ways to climb, the slide is super fun, and they are always swinging. Once we found the manual (it was hidden in the roof box!), it was fairly straight forward and simple to put together. Everything about it is HIGH QUALITY. My only warning is that the playhouse portion is fairly high off the ground and has a lot of openings, so be sure your kids are at least 3 or they could fall.

We bought this nearly three years ago. It looked intimidating to put together at first, but the instructions are well written. We love that it's built out of metal and that we don't have to add a coat of stain/sealant to it every year. The slide can get a little hot in the sun, and I wish that the slide had a higher weight capacity rating to it. Fair warning - dads, don't try to go down the slide with your two year old. Customer service is excellent to work with.

We bought the A Frame playset 10 years ago. We have 5 children and LOTS of neighbors who have enjoyed it. And it still looks great! There is a bit of wear, but I imagine this playset will last at least another 10+ years. My only suggestion is follow the instructions. Read them all the way through first, like it suggests.

Bought this for the grandkids a couple months back, after shopping a bit no doubt there were cheaper brands available None had the duarablity features and the detail to children that this one. We are not afraid that they will get injured on a rusty screw. The colors are bright and beautiful so eben the adults can kick back and truly enjoy the scnery and the kids, making liftime memories with a LIFETIME product! Thank U!!
