overall not to bad to assemble . The metal tubing is not that thick of a gauge . Would of been perfect if it was 1mm to 2mm thicker

After a while, the chains on the swings began to rust. Lifetime has shipped replacements that should arrive next week! Very nice of them.

Bought playset and a few parts were damaged. Sarah was awesome and got the replacements on the way ASAP.

I called needing a washer that I lost and customer service was amazing. Took the info placed the order and it will be mailed ASAP to me! Easy peasy!

The instructions have a few flaws which caused disassemble at few spots to reconcile. Other than that it’s a great set and the kids love it
