A little tricky to put together but not too bad. Great set- incredible study, lots of activities, no maintenance, kids love it! Great value for the price compared to other sets. Very high quality.

It would be much more efficient when placing the various parts together if each piece was labeled with the appropriate numbers corresponding to the manual.

The product is very nice. A few damaged pieces but not a big deal. Lifetime could greatly improve communications regarding shipping. I was not prepared for a semi truck delivery and multiple very heavy boxes. So that experience was not good.

We bought this about 3 or 4 years ago and the kids play on it daily. It is well made and the Lifetime warranty is a plus. We have had to replace the rope latter but we live where there is extreme heat.

Great product. Only reason it is not a five star is some of the directions could have been a little clearer other than that fairly easy to put together. It will take some time to put it together.

My husband put this together all by himself in about 2 days. Super sturdy and definitely will last a lot longer than the cheaper wooden swing sets. Would highly recommend!

My kids love this set! I have a 5 year old who is a pro with all the amenities, and a 1 year old who loves the swing and the slide. It's very sturdy and looks/feels like it will last a long time!

I really like the durability of my swing set. Very sturdy. The few issues I did have when putting it together, Heidi was very quick to help with the issue.
