Power Failure

The first 2 days the tv worked wonderful, however, on the third day, no power was able to connect to the tv. I tried replacing the power cord, but the tv did not receive any power. Vizio was contacted and the problem was the power board which powers up the tv.

What a Joke!

Can’t tell you about the TV since FedEx can’t seem to deliver one that’s not damaged! Sam’s Club shouldn’t use FedEx to deliver TVs. We’ve gone through two and Sam’s doesn’t carry the Quantum at the store so we were forced to purchase another brand that we aren’t satisfied with.

Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

My first purchase was returned due to a constant hummmmmminnnnggggg. The return was easy. The TV runs dark. Go online and you will find a variety of settings that are a great way to say "this Tv well worth my money". 4 stars after you config the settings. 3 stars because I had to return the first purchase.

This set is pure class. I bought a Samsung and absolutely hated it, so much so that I couldn't bear it for even another day. This TV is nice. Picture quality and responsiveness of the remote, I have a sound bar, so I am not sure what it really sounds like. You can even link the set to your phone and control it from there. If you are in the market for a 65-inch TV, buy this one!!!

Remote is terrible!

Great product for a mid-range big screen tv. There was a bit if a learning curve for finding a fixed TV wall mount that would fit- its not a typical size but I was eventually able to find one that can fit almost television. Good picture and sound. The OS isn't great, I miss the old Vizio platform, whatever it was before Smartcast. It just seems to keep getting more complicated to downstream on apps. I will be replacing the remote because pretty much any time I touch it, I am either muting it or exiting out of a show or switching to another app. Way too sensitive.

Tv is great however had a little problem at first, I had to unplug and replug in the TV every time I turned it on to get it to respond. Called Vizio tech support and we troubleshot the situation, as it turns out it was faulty remote. I was able to use the remote on the app on my phone. Very disappointed. Bad picture

Bought this to replace a TV that was getting lines. The remote is easy to use and I like that it can take the place of a most of our remotes. The apps load faster than our roku so we decided to use the apps on the TV. The picture is so bad. We had no problems with the internet on the 75 inch TV so we thought a smaller TV would be the same if not better. The picture is grainy most of the time. The reds are so bright and we couldn’t adjust it out without the TV color looking weird. I have bought several “affordable” TVs and got what I expected for the price range. This one is worse than the cheaper TVs I have purchased for other rooms. My husband won the argument on this one, I should have spent more and instead of settling for a cheaper TV with bad picture. I am returning this.
