The TV it self is great.The whole process of buying it was a process I never have a problem buying anything with my debt card but it would not let it pass through and I had the money in my account, I had to end up using a credit card that I rarely use and it was a delay to get it processed.

Excellent picture, especially with a AT%26T fiber connection and streaming DirecTV. Note the resolution... 3840x2860 @ 60Hz, it's very rich at 1080i @60Hz. There are so many ways to set this up for viewing, I'm going to have to simply put in one of my favorite movies and dial it in. Then there's the free channels you get with the VIZIO and a plethora of apps, this is fabulous. It also has a VIZIO remote app so you can use your phone which will be great because I just purchased the matching VIZIO 5.1.2 sound bar (being installed) that interfaces with that as well. So I expect great surround sound, as said from it's Amazon reviews. Let's not forget the voice command, it works great. The TV has direct matching mounts for any newer VIZIO sound bar, as seen in the pic how snug it fits. I've already shown my neighbor and he said it's my place for football this year. He eyed it pretty heavily and I could hear the wheels turning that he was trying to figure out how to bring this up to the wife. I told him the price and I believe I heard a gear shift in his head. Please bear with my pictures, I am still setting this up as you can tell, pulling wire through the TV frame and such.

Great product for a mid-range big screen tv. There was a bit if a learning curve for finding a fixed TV wall mount that would fit- its not a typical size but I was eventually able to find one that can fit almost television. Good picture and sound. The OS isn't great, I miss the old Vizio platform, whatever it was before Smartcast. It just seems to keep getting more complicated to downstream on apps. I will be replacing the remote because pretty much any time I touch it, I am either muting it or exiting out of a show or switching to another app. Way too sensitive.

Thought browser “smart cast” was going to be a problem. Not as streamlined but for free channels seems to be working well for my father. I still had a Roku to throw at it. All pretty good. Give it a week for all updates . 75” would have been too much for the living room

Adding this 5.1 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos would take movie nights and gaming to a whole new level. Couldn't recommend VIZIO enough!

We love the tv. Needed a new one, and the qled m-series was an upgrade from the previous v-series that we’ve had for 6 years, and the picture is beautiful, it’s way more responsive than the older “v” tv that we previously had, and just absolutely love it. The voice remote is a nice addition. Not needed, but nice to have if wanna use.

We were impressed with the brightness and picture quality. The menu was not easy to understand. It took some time to learn. After about 3 weeks, we started getting vertical colored lines across the screen. It takes multiple attempts to restart before it starts operating normally. The more we use it, the more it's happening. I believe will try to return this asap. Sams is now clearing them. They must know something.

got this model to replace 5 year Samsung Q50. the scrolling (FF/RW) on recording sucks. delays in Play/Pause so youre never sure which cycle is responding because there's a delay. there is no internet browser (unlike Samsung models) The size of the tv is nice, its larger than my previous model (50 v 60) and it fits nicely mounted on the wall. Unlike the samsung the resolution is auto selected instead of me manually selecting the broadcasting resolution. the sound is very good and not the lame 30 (all sound the same with no true noticeable increase in sound). wifi has not dropped like the Samsung model started to do . the volume buttons are on the side of the remote. remote is sleek and small like other smart remotes. the bezel on the tv is very thin almost absent so there is more tv than frame ratio. all of which has been witin 30 days of ownership.

Incredible Vizio TV, worth every cent. Got this Vizio to replace a 2015 regular HDTV for our living room. We weren't disappointed, i did my research before choosing this Vizio and i ultimately chose it because it is an American brand. 🇺🇸 Picture, Sound and Menus are all 5 Stars. The remote is intuitive to use for kids and elderly folks. I ran a PS4 Pro and the 4K on this TV really impressed me. Movies, Sports etc all look great on this TV. We will keep purchaisng Vizio products in the future. 👌👍

Cons: The TV so far is amazing! It works ALMOST flawlessly and it’s really beautiful in my opinion. If you had a bright room, it’s really shows off since it’s a QLED and not an OLED. If you’re in it for movies, it’s the perfect fit for any theater experience. The icing on top is quick fix. I bought an soundbar that comes with a subwoofer and it’s AMAZING!! Installing it onto the TV was easy as heck. Cons: Issue I have with it being that it can’t run PlayStation 5 properly on HDMI 2 or HDMI 3. It flickers when doing so, evidently forcing you to use HDMI 1 (The eARC) to allow the PlayStation to run at it maximum performance. I have a soundbar so it upsets me that I have to keep switching my soundbar and PlayStation 5.
