I’ve only had this hooked up for 2 days but I’m worried something is not right with it. For no reason at all earlier today it just rebooted while I was watching it. Waiting to see if it does it again.

This item was purchased on line (a disaster) No owners manual No warranty paperwork Poor custermer service on pickup. A good example of you "get what you pay for"

Comes packed well, did curbside pickup. Few weeks in having a few or so WiFi connection start up issues and connectivity drops. Hey it’s 400$ and picture quality it’s rated over those hiccups.

Only trouble is external speakers I must hookup speakers every morning Only hookup is Bluetooth must hookup Daily that’s the only pain with it Love the picture

The picture is beautiful; setup was very easy. The price was a still. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a 65-inch tv at a reasonable price

It has a shadow that outlines the tv. It’s vague but once you notice, you will always see it. Never before has a Visio had this weird issue? Like a frame around the picture or something?

Had only 3 months and the TV was junk. Picture would freeze and I would unplug the tv for 30 seconds. TV would then work for about 10 minutes then freeze again. Junk

great picture and streaming options for remarkable price. not crazy about basic remote and having some probs trying to access some of the free streaming but overall a big step up from my last smaller but more expensive Vizio

There was no remote for the tv and had to buy a new one to. Also no installation sheet which made setting it up difficult . After finely getting it set up was happy with the picture.

The picture is really good. The legs are easy to put on. It’s lightweight easy to pick up the jury still out on the VIZIO network as far as free channels in their programming and I do not like the volume control on the remote.
