Bright spots in the background all over the tv. Complained at help Centre, they did not help at all. Horrible service. Really disappointed with Sam's Club..

The only problem with the TV is that it does not have a control on the remote control for the volume up and down. It’s a big inconvenience when you’re going through Channel and you have to use your phone as a volume control.

Can not install and/or remove apps. I have a Tablo for OTA which broadcasts your OTA over your WiFi so you don't have to run cables and has DVR. I would not have bought this had I known and still may return it. 45 mins. one way drive.

Great picture and very easy setup. Price was very reasonable. The sound is satisfactory. You have to make a lot of adjustments to find the sound quality that will allow you to hear it from all angles.

It has a shadow that outlines the tv. It’s vague but once you notice, you will always see it. Never before has a Visio had this weird issue? Like a frame around the picture or something?

This Tv just does nothing but reset itself on a loop after a few hours of use. This is the worst tv I have ever owned. Absolutely ridiculous for a 500$ tv to not even work properly.

For the price you can’t go wrong with one of these. Even if you purchase %26 get a defect, Vizio’s team is more then willing to help out %26 make it right
