Just bought this tv a few months ago and will not connect to WiFi and I’ve tried everything Garbage

Everytime a patch is pushed thru the internet, I have to unplug the tv in to stop it from buffering. Very frustrating to say the least.

It shuts off and restarted 3 times on me while in a comp game on overwatch watching tv it seems to do fine but wouldnt recommend for gaming

Excellent television for the price. This is the third Vizio TV we have owned and still enjoying all three of them.

I love this Vizio TV! It is easy to operate, The picture is great and the price is fantastic for a large TV! Buy it before they are gone!

What a frustrating experience. My Vizio was dead on arrival. Could it have been because the heat wave, and it sat on a FedEx truck for at least two days before finally being delivered? The Vizio AI customer support was a joke, and the actual live human simply asked to go back through the same checks, with nothing but wasted time to show for it. Called the seller and had to similarly go through AI and get a return authorization and was promised a pickup. However, all I got was a shipping label. Called back and was able to get through AI again, and finally speak to a nice foreigner, but really could not understand much of what she was saying. I think I have a return authorization and pickup scheduled but only time will tell.
