Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality and the OS integrates with your live TV and works well. Lots of choices. Easy to set up. The only thing lacking is a number pad on the remote but it includes the numbers on the screen.

Vizio concerns

Vizio 65 inch Quantum 4K

TV continued to reboot once or twice a day. Called support, and ended up restoring factory settings. Had to reset up TV. Problem went away for about 1 week, but then started happening again. Did a factory reset, but problem still exists. I see a lot of comments on this online in regards to power supply issues. Returned the TV.

It’s just a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been a Vizio customer since 2004 when I received my first flat screen television as a Christmas present. I still have that tv today and is my primary bedroom television. Still works great. Since then I purchased a larger one on a Black Friday sale in 2006, it kicked the bucket last year when the display gave out. That one was never as good as my first but ehh, it’s just a tv, right. Then 6 years ago I was gifted yet another tv at Christmastime. A smart tv they said. WOW was nice to have it all available in one remote at my fingertips. A bonus that you could control it through an app on your phone. That one recently found its way out of center stage livingroom viewing to another room but not certain just where it needs to live. Besides the occasional freezing while in the middle of a streaming movie. (Not an internet issue because that’s been upgraded) it still is a good tv with a great picture. This quantum 65 inch I just received is the largest tv I ever owned. Great picture but still the same old smart cast with the Vizio Free antenna. Totallydislike that platform although it I now has a few more features that make it easier to get around. I also am having a problem connecting my phone app. The reason why I mention the app here is because when I used my phone on the last tv I could bypass the Vizio free platform and go directly to antenna without the menu. The input selection allows you to select antenna tv but not have it without the full on platform. The reason I love my first tv is because it does go direct to antenna tv, it doesn’t have a smart tv platform and it has a built in menu for program information and scheduling. As it stands, I will continue to purchase the Vizio televisions but hoping one day there will be a realization that less is best. Signed another satisfied Vizio customer that realizes it’s just a tv. Experience First Week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Good: Picture brighter than other vendor models of same cost. The Bad: Sound level poor needs to be at 40-60 to hear sound in small living room. Bought Vizio Sound Bar model per Vizio web site that should allow mount to bottom as double checked with Vizio support; the end result we will have someone call in two days never happened! Sound Bar good enough with easy setup but almost half the cost and cannot mount to TV

Defective tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’d like to start off saying tv has wonderful picture and great sound. However, it appeared to not be put together properly. The cushion tape behind the screen was not placed correctly on the screen causing a gap where light bled thru. This was also very difficult to return given I got rid of the box because I was not planning on returning. Without the box that shows serial number or the receipt FROM STORE they will not accept return in store. I purchased online so I was never given a receipt that showed a tv serial number. They did accept return pick up online but that has not been completed yet for me to comment. I do like the tv and purchased the same model as a replacement and so far that same issue is not a problem with this tv.

Auto setup was a brease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 6/13/24. Setup recognized and setup all the devices connected to my TV. Blue ray, network and ROKU streaming bar(I attached the ROKU to the clec HAMDI port to allow auto recognition). Standard options for picture etc were great out of the box. I only tweeked a few options to suit my eyes. It was easy to do using the simplified remote which reminded me of my ROKU remote in many ways.

Vizio 65” Quantum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought Vizio MQ65Q6-L4 3 days ago. The TV screen is very beautiful and the color is will balanced. It was easy to set it up. When connected to the internet it starts updating the OS. It took few minutes. The remote is very handy & simple to operate. I really like this tv. Good job

DONT BUY!!!!!

Had this tv for a year and 5 days, sound went out on it, picture is great if you don’t mind having no sound! Went through all the troubleshooting with Vizio, said it was a defect, but because my warranty was 5 days past the year mark they won’t do anything about it. DONT BUY VIZIO!!! It’s crap!!

Great TV with wonderful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife’s birthday because she wanted a 65” TV. We have always like the Visio televisions we have owned. After researching features and reading reviews we decided on this one. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of our choice. I have never seen a clearer picture and better detail. Movies are brilliant and older shows much better to watch. We also bought a Visio model P514-H6 soundbar with Dolby Atmos. Our home is now equipped with a wonderful theater system that looks and sounds better than being in the theater itself and no ticket price. I love this system and highly recommend it.
