I’ve had the tv for about two weeks now. New to QLED, but went for it. I’ve been a lifelong Vizio customer since my very first one I purchased in high school back in 2011. Man have they come a long way. Really love the product and the OS! No weird lag in the user interface and excellent picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV lasted almost 2 weeks and blew. Heard a pop during the night, it wasn't even on. The next morning it wouldn't turn on. While it worked it had a great picture and a good price but it has to last to be worth it. I will be returning it for another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV a few days ago and I am very happy with the picture quality and I was surprised by the audio as well, since most of them require a sound bar but this one has really good speakers and several modes to choose from and an equalizer that can be adjusted to your preference. There are also several picture modes to choose from or you can customize it also. I would definitely recommend this TV if you want an upgrade or need a replacement like I did. It's a great TV for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this online without actually seeing it. I’ve had Vizio tv’s in the past so I was hoping it would be just as good. The colors and the picture are beautiful! The sound on the other hand could be a little better. Like all new tv’s, the speakers are on the bottom so the sound goes down. I have old ears so I’m sure that has a lot to do with it. All in all I couldn’t be happier.

The picture quality is so sharp and clear I can almost see the blades of grass on the golf field as the players hit. I have always been a Vizio fan but this new set outdoes all the ones I've had in the past. Keep it up Vizio!

i just bought and received this and finished wall mounting it. after going through setup which was pretty easy everything seems to be working ok. The streamCast software is slow and seems to lag a little bit. WIFI is excellent strength. TV picture is good when watching 1080p and 4k . got a good price/ deal on Tv

I've only had it a few days and the picture and audio are very impressive! The one downfall is that lower quality shows and movies look fuzzy compared to my old Vizio TV. It may be the 10 inch size Increase. That can become annoying but if you watch high quality shows and movies the quality is top knotch.

I know that you are trying to keep the costs down but, some of us experienced citizens like to have a grab and read manual. A good idea is to make a manual available for customers to order if they want one. I sure would order it. The mute button on the remote control is located in the wrong position. It is to easily tripped due to its location. It would be better of it was located on the upper left side of the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In 2011 I bought our first VIZIO TV. It was a 55” QLED and we loved it from the start. Easy to navigate the input data and apps. After being in love with it for 13 years we knew it was time to shop for a new one. After comparing other brands, we ended up with a 65” VIZIO QLED. The price was 1/2 what we paid for the 55” 13 years ago. Navigating the set up was a breeze and love all the new apps and free movies. Our son is on the hunt for a VIZIO QLED. Thank you for continuing to provide a quality product all these years.
