The remote control is so tiny that you have to scroll through several menus to get to where you want to go... Even the volume control being on the side of the RC was hard to find and hard to use. I would like to press a single button to get where I'm going. even the numbers I have to scroll through to get. I guess I have to buy a real remote control, who knows if it will work. Really pretty disappointed!

The colors and picture is very vibrant and beautiful! Bought on sale and very happy for the price, this is definitely not a disappointment. The picture is glorious, crystal clear and beautiful! Highly recommend this TV! You can totally tell the difference between 4K and QLED. It’s so much better!

Very easy to set up. Nice colors and great sound. Only had it about a week but we have watched numerous hockey games and the clarity is insane. Overall this is a budget friendly tv with top of the line qualities. Only reason for the 4 stars is because I only had a week.

After a lot of due diligence about Visio about ten plus years ago I purchased my first three Visio products. And I knew immediately that it was a commitment that I did not regret. Now ten plus years into the future knowing it’s time to update two of the three products them being two televisions and a sound bar that that still works perfect today and will connect it to my new television. However I will purchase a new sound bar for the other new television that did not originally have a sound bar. Again all great purchases!

Bought TV almost 1 week ago and it turned out great for a price I couldn't reject. The issue was when I moved my TV from USA to Mexico at one of my properties there and nothing was working like it was and turned out that Vizio home only works at USA and Canada. I ended up buying the Roku stick and oh boy, it's awesome (:

Got tv as a gift and it's horrible. Try watching apps and they freeze uo going back to main screen. Takes forever to load apps and software is glitchy. Software is horrible. My 6 year old Samsung TV worked better and wouldn't have kept this Vizio had it bit been a present. It's become unusable since all it does is lag and just keep recycling to main screen.

I decided to treat myself to a new smart TV. I ended up purchasing this one and I have been happy with it ever since. The picture is super clear the voices sound crisp and it was very easy to set it up. I even was able to attach my Samsung soundbar as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I researched several brands but was familiar with the Vizio product line. I became convinced once I saw the beautiful screen depictions on display in the store. I'm a gamer and wanted to be fully immersed in the colors and refresh rates. This Vizio has it, plus a great sound reproduction to boot. I'll continue purchasing the M-class Vizio QLEDs for as long as they'll make them.

Purchased a newer model Vizio to replace older Vizio. Upgraded from 55 inch ton65 inch. Wow!! I feel like I am in a movie theater. Color and picture is amazing. Love the Vizio TVs and the price is much less than other TVs. As long as Vizio keeps making TVs we will continue to purchase them.

I purchased this TV to replace an older Vizio. I'd had good luck with the brand and knew I wanted to stay with it. The set up was super easy and I had no problems pairing the Dish remote to the TV. I'm a 58 yo woman, so if I can do it, anyone can. The picture is gorgeous and the colors are so vibrant. I love this TV.
