Have had my new tv and I can only find fault at this time. The remote control is too small. The volume buttons do not work well with older folks. They are on the side and it is harder to adjust the sound with ease. If the remote was thicker it would be easier to hold onto.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is when you turn TV on it doesn't automatically go to live TV channel. It really almost was a deal breaker for my husband. So far so good. I’ve had it operational for less than a week but love the picture, it is great! It has tons of features I haven’t even tried. The sound wasn’t very good but my “young” son in law came and adjusted the sound settings so now that’s great too. So far we love it!

I bought this to replace an older Vizio that didn’t have the QLED technology and I’m very impressed with the quality and features. Setup was straightforward and this senior citizen had no problems. I paired this with a Vizio 2.1 soundbar-subwoofer and it exceeds my expectations! I feel that this model offers great value compared to other major brands with the same features. Two thumbs up!

Biggest TV we’ve ever had. I am very unhappy that MLB TV is not available to download on this TV. How is it that some streaming apps are not available in a time of “there’s an app for everything?” You have NFL network, ESPN, and more, BUT not MLB! I know next time that Vizio will not be on the list of options for TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a 65" set but when it arrived it had a cracked screen in the corner but the picture was outstanding. We thought about keeping it because the picture was so good. However we decided to return it and ordered a replacement. So disappointed with the replacement TV. I have tried adjusting the picture every way possible but the picture quality is poor. I may just scrape this one and buy a different brand. If you decide to buy, good luck.

It was ok to program, just takes time, but it was easier than I anticipated. I made the right decision with this purchase. After doing research on tvs, I feel very comfortable with this decision The value and quality is what I was looking for

The menu system could be a bit better, as could the instructions. I downloaded the manual from the web. and it is not as detailed or as complete as I would like. The audio controls are a bit limited.
