I gave this a 5 star instead of 4 because, in my opinion, it's an outstanding value AND a very good picture.

I like everything about the tv except having to set up a Vizio account. Otherwise tv seems great so far.

Apps that work elsewhere in the house won’t load on this tv, tv has to be unplugged and plugged back in constantly due to crashing of the OS.

Brand new out of the box and I don’t have any picture on the screen but I do have audio. I am truly disappointed!!

Will not connect to internet have to turn on/off both T-Mobile and tv several times to get a picture
