Overall tv is good but I didn't know I was going to be charged an extra fee during setup just to unlock the tv.

Beautiful picture and easy setup. It kept turning off spontaneously, though. I ended up getting a refund for it, since it was a glitch.

Excellent quality for the price. I have several Visio flatscreens. Some almost ten years old. This one was for a new home. Love it.

Crisp %26 clear picture, great sound quality. I love the smart features and all of the built in. apps also it was very easy to install.
