Not So good

The Image is good. but the sound level is horrible. Tried to connect it to my Bluetooth speaker and it was still low and kept disconnecting. I ended up just watching it thru my firestick and connected my firestick to my speaker. The sound level is horrible and static. Had to turn it up to 100% to barely hear

Great features, but glitchy tech

I've had this tv a month or so, bought it to replace a lightning damaged vizio tv. Love my old vizio. This one, not so much. They did fix the remote (turn off screen by holding mute) in an update, but every night, it turns itself off at least once. Had to do a factory reset to re-pair my headset to the tv after it glitched last week. Considering returning it, but I don't another tv, I want this one to work like it's supposed to!

Awesome TV

Love this TV and the brand of Vizio, I ordered this TV because I have 2 sound bars by Vizio and they’re great I’m very pleased with the TV and the screen options and how it’s all set up very user friendly and the buttons on the remote are easy pushed. Would by another one by this brand.

Love everything except lacking backlit remote

I was a Vizio customer when they were new and I was on a tight budget; I’ve always had a good experience with their products and this one is great as well. After using different brands of TVs for the last 10 years I became very accustomed to having a backlit remote and unfortunately this tv does not have a backlit remote even though it’s a non-rechargeable radio remote. Have to admit I was pretty bummed once I realized this and the only universal remote I could find with backlighting is rechargeable but it’s IR and not radio so I lose the microphone feature for voice commands. Other than the remote not being rechargeable and having no backlight the only other complaint I had was it is missing a 3.5mm and/or rca audio jacks to hook up my Klipsch speakers but I was able to find a work around with a converter from optical to analog. I really wish Vizio would offer a backlit rechargeable radio remote similar to my old Roku remote. The picture quality is amazing, it took a little getting used to because it seemed brighter than our old TV that we’d been using for years. This one does all the things my old Roku did and more but is lacking in their remote options.

Poor picture quality and refresh rate

Wish I had bought a Sony or Samsung TV. I currently have six (6) Vizio TV's in our home and this 65" Quantum 4k is absolutely the worst. Would not turn on, out of the box, had to plug and unplug several times before it would turn on. WatchFree+ take over my tv and there is no way to disable it. I give this purchase a 2 Star. unhappy customer.

Not My First Time

I love the Vizio brand and the total amount of functionality the smart TV gives us. Vizio has done a great job engineering this smart TV and the new QLED, 4K resolution is unreal. Picture quality is exceptional and the watch free app, we use the music stations for background music in our house. All in all, Vizio represents the best value and quality we can find.

Picture is really good

The picture quality is very good. I generally like the tv and set was pretty quick. I think it's silly to require you to scan the QR code and set up an account while setting up the tv though, some people may not have a cell phone or desire an account. The remote is terrible with few keys on it, and it is difficult to navigate when switching from Dish or other services.

Got this May 20th 2024. We have been using Vizio tvs for years, and have never had an issue until now. For the last couple of months we had slowly noticed the bottom right corner would kind of flicker. Started looking into it only and people said to look at the backlight replacements. Turns out it wasn’t the backlighting at all. Now all we have is lines. If I’m lucky I can find the parts to fix it, but for barely a year and a half for $500 I’m not sure I’m going with a Vizio on my next round.

Vizio soundbar installation broke my TV

The TV was initially flawless in every way. Then I installed a Vizio “quick fit” soundbar and ruined the tv. When installing I ‘mildly pressed on the lower edge of the tv glass to snap-in the soundbar. When I say mildly it was firm but not overly so. When I turned the TV on to test the soundbar vertical colored lines went across the entire screen. I called Vizio support and the refused to honor the warranty because I touched the screen. I couldn’t believe that the TV was that fragile. Vizio absolutely should have warning label on the soundbar NOT to touch the screen in any way during install. I was really disappointed with Vizio support their cavalier attitude towards helping me solve the problem.

Excellent TV!

I had my eye on this and when the price dropped I jumped on it and bought it. I found it a little difficult to get it set up. You have to download the Vizio app to connect the TV and I could not get the app to work. I watched a video and finally got the tv to start up. That process could be easier. I don’t know if it was my internet causing problems but it took longer than other brands I’ve had before. Once I got it setup I was very pleased with the picture. It’s a great TV and I’m glad I got it.
