Verified Purchase

Horrible Vizio customer warranty support

Bought this TV 2/14/25, set up very carefully 2/15/25 & worked fine for 2 weeks. All of as sudden 2 weeks later, we noticed a cluster of dead pixels develop top 1/3 center of screen. We called Vizio for warranty support & got serious lip service that the screen had been physically damged which a total lie. We are now waiting to hear back from a supervisor to escalate the situation & next step will be to call Sam's Club for restitution escalating either refund or replacement. i/m in the electronics indusrty working as sals rep for Sony 20 years, Panasoninc 4 years & now past 22 years in my own rep buisness selling hundreds of flat panel TV's in my past years & KNOW DEAD PIXELS WHEN I SEE THEM. , ESPECIALLY WHEN I DID THE FLAWLESS INSTALL.

BUYER BEWARE!!

Do not purchase a Vizeo television until they resolve their current software problems. All you need to do is Google Vizeo complaints to discover what I'm talking about. During the summer they decided to force you to use their Watchfree app. This app is very problematic. Vizeo has a current rating on 1.3 of 5. Although they are aware and acknowledge the problem, they are rude and lied to me and lied to the BBB after I complained.

LOVE my Vizio

I doubted getting it at first because other people's opinion, but like I said I'm super glad with my purchase a d I would do over again when looking for another TV or entertainment products from Vizio 5-stars.

Easy menu love the voice control great picture!!

Rural living has found entertainment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in a rural area where we can't use an antenna or receive cable. Surprisingly we DO get internet and it is pretty stable. Our new VIZIO tv has been wonderful for news and entertainment, especially in inclement weather.

Great picture and sound with one complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older model that finally went out. The television arrived in an undamaged box (whew!) and was easy to put on my stand and get working. I love the picture and sound. My only issue with it is that the image stutters when watching YouTube tv. I've not noticed that on any of the other apps. I've read that complaint before and did what someone else suggested - I hooked a Roku device to the TV and now YouTube TV is smooth while watching it through Roku I can only guess that the issue is with the YouTube app itself. Other than that I'm thrilled with the purchase. A great TV at a very reasonable price.

Two hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just picked this up a couple days ago. Two issues arose. First i could not control the volume with the remote. Aftet an on-line search I found the volume control was on the side of the remote not on top and not easily seen. Second there was no 'Favorites" on my home screen so I had many steps to load Hulu that I use alot. No answer searching online so called Vizio support. They took control of the TV and rebooted the system. All of a sudden there was a Favorites section on ghe homepage and i was able to add apps to it.

Great picture quality and value for the money

Surprised at the nice picture quality and many customizable options (e.g. dialogue enhancer options to hear voices more clearly in movies / sports, picture quality adjustments other than just a few default modes, easily finds, pairs, and connects bluetooth accessories)

Wonderful quality picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set it up and the quality of the TV is top tier. The picture in comparison to the smart TV before we used in years past does not compare to the quality this 65” Vizio. Such a great television experience. Would recommend to anyone.

Had issues since day one

we got this tv and have had issues since we got it. Thought it was our internet provider so we changed providers. Nope, we plugged in the Ethernet cable, still have issues. Have to unplug it and reset it several times a month and have only had it for 3 months and now outside the window to return it and having even more issues.
