I agree the ratio to meat and gravy is completely off you get way more gravy then beef. But that being said the quality is good

It tasted ok. but the whole five pounds served 4 people about a sandwich and a half. it was very little meat to water/broth.

Some fat and lots of au jus but couldnt get passed the irridescent rainbow on the beef. Reminded me of hospital food/school cafeteria food. Wouldnt buy again.

We use it to make Italian Beef and Cheese sandwiches. They come back for seconds and recommend our stand to there friends. Its inexpensive, quick and easy to fix. Have recommended to friends.

Mostly liquid, very little beef for the cost. I would have gotten 4 decent sandwiches, had I not thrown it away. The flavor was bland and the texture was that of pressed meat. I won't buy it again and I do not recommend this product.
