Bought this 8 months ago and we did have a problem with the sprayer after six months but, I was sent a new sprayer within a few days and the new sprayer is much better.....better flow and feels like the sprayer button internal mechanism is better also. Very pleased with the faucet and even better with the warranty service.

I liked the looks of the faucet and the price. Easy to install, no issues after 6 months. I like how the height of the faucet can be adjustable with a set screw (back of the arm against the spring). Looks awesome and would definitely buy another product from VIGO.

After having a similar style faucet I researched other faucets online and decided to go with this Vigo model. This faucet extends out away from the backsplash further than our previous one and now I am able to rinse dishes,etc. without splashing all over the back wall. The pull-down feature makes it easy to reach every corner of the sink making cleanup a breeze. I am very pleased with this faucet!

This faucet was installed in a new kitchen and is both beautiful and very useful. The spray feature - a button on the side of the faucet head - is easy to access when washing/rinsing items in the sink. It is somewhat lightweight, but the price, functionality and graceful attractiveness are the outstanding qualities.

I purchased this a month ago. I am quite pleased. I bought the black finish to compliment the black in my kitchen granite counter top. Although you say their will be no mineral build up, I am concerned about the possibility and would like to know if you have a tool to allow me to open it and clean, just in case.

Purchased this fixture to replace a leaky, standard grade faucet in our kitchen. It is perfect for our space, was easy for our handyman to install and works beautifully. We love the one click spray feature on the pull out handle. It upgraded our kitchen significantly. Highly recommend!

I have never been more delighted and happy as I am with my new Vigo Edison pull down kitchen faucet. Starting with the packaging it came in (totally befitting the fine piece of engineering it is) to the smooth feel of the on/off mixing value, the rock solid feel once installed, and finally, the absolute ease of use when using the pull down feature; everything about this faucet is functionally fabulous!!! I just installed my new kitchen faucet and the faucet looks and works great. However, when I saw that you included a roll of Teflon tape in the box I was amazed. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen that. It’s almost like someone in your company has actually installed a faucet. It seriously saved me at least half an hour of hunting for any of the many rolls of Teflon tape that hide in my garage. It’s a small thing but I wanted you to know it was appreciated. I had never heard of your company before but I’m a big fan now.

I purchased my Vigo faucet in 2008. A few months ago a piece inside the sprayer must have broken because I was not able to switch from stream to spray. The nozzle also started dripping. After discovering that you cannot safely open and fix it nor find an original replacement I contacted Vigo customer support. I explained what was going on and asked if I could purchase a replacement sprayer (since the warranty had expired years ago I knew I wasn't eligible for a free one). The response I got from Vigo was that they sent out a new one free of charge!!!! I am thrilled and very impressed with their customer service. In this day and age it is difficult to find companies that go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. Thank you Vigo

I love this sink. The look is spectacular, the quality is great, and water pressure is sufficient. My only dislike is the button to switch faucet flows. After a month or so, the water would drop from opposing flows and basically mix and match the two settings. Still works great and looks great.
