I have had my Vigo faucet for 2 years now and am very happy with the product, just recently the mixer button(changes the flow from a spray to a stream) would no longer function (stuck in the spray position). I contacted customer service about the issue and very quick recieved a response! I was told I would be getting a new head unit for free!! Thank you Christian & Vigo for your awesome customer service!!

Issues are: 1) The level for the handle came off and does not screw in all the way anymore. 2) The button to change the water flow stopped working. Hoping the lifetime warranty will be honored and those two components replaced. Other than that, great design and functionality.

Just got my first house and wanted something that was different than the other faucets to replace my outdated one. Just installed it the other week and this thing is badass and functions great. i dont see why it shouldnt last for years, its built pretty good. def would recommend

I love the way this faucet looks in our kitchen we just remodel. We did an under mount sink and it sits just right in the granite and blends in well with the other stainless steel appliances we have in the kitchen. The pipes on the inside are copper which my plumber said is great. He said overall it is a good faucet. Great quality.

Our previous kitchen faucet (not a Vigo) developed a leak years ago and after several weeks of difficult customer service efforts and receiving the wrong product I was finally able to replace the cartridge, only to have another leak develop down the line. We lived with it for years using a sponge or dishrag to soak up the water that continued to collect around the base, and finally said enough is enough, and while searching, the Vigo caught my wife's eye. After selecting several different brands that were similar and going back and forth, looking at pictures and reading reviews she announced, "This is the one." Ordering was easy, price was excellent, arrival time quick, and installation completed with relative ease. The Vigo looks great, seems to be very well built, and we wish we hadn't waited so long. The pull down is simple and essential, and the sprayer works perfect for rinsing. Best of all, it doesn't leak, and, based on customer reviews, I'm hoping if we ever have to contact Vigo for any service needs it will be a pleasant experience and easy transaction. This faucet has become a focal point in our kitchen.

Fantastic looking with our quartz countertop. Very easy to install with clear precise instructions. No you do not need a plumber. Had to remove the water saver feature as it did not provide sufficient pressure for the spray. Working great now. Well packaged for shipping. The reason for the four star rating is that you have to occasionaly tighten the water lever which screws on the assembly. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Matchs our 2 other small appliances. Great water pressure compared to our MOEN. The only major difference , for us, the spray arm is not flexible to apply water into our Keurig coffee machine. Just next to the Right of the sink. But the rest seems very good. Installation a bit difficult because sizing of the hose shipped with the Faucet was too large. No problem . Hopefully it will last as our previous previous moen(13 YEARS) . The previous one,another moen lasted only 3 months. UN BELIEVABLE.

I had this faucet for just over 4 years and it's worked great and looks great as well! Only thing was the switch from spray to stream quit working about 6 months ago, contacted customer service and with a 4 year old faucet they are getting me a new sprayer!! Can't argue with that good of customer to go along with a great faucet!!! If you are in the market I highly recommend it!!!

10/28/15 I purchased this faucet a week ago... From Home Depot Recently Installed it .. Very impressed with the quality...the materials used are of the highest standard...Much more pressure than my previous faucet....very smooth operation. The installation went well...excellent fit....no leaks.... Extremely satisfied with this product ... Exceeded my expectations... Would absolutely recommend to a friend. Bravo... We did some upgrades in our kitchen and my black VIGO pull-down faucet was EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! I wanted this style of faucet in black to go with my granite sink and my farmhouse kitchen and I couldn’t be happier, not to mentioned that the price was so affordable. Since I ordered online, I was also scepticle about the quality of the product but I was not dissappointed because it’s solid and of high quality. Thanks VIGO for such a beautiful product. :)
