Does not seem fresh. Too many pieces are wilted and brown when new.

Rather Romaine hearts but this will do

We have found lettuce core in our salad. That should be removed during quality control

Lettuce mixture in a bag aren’t as good as making the salad by hand. It goes bad pretty fast.
