This review is not just about this particular bag of salad. I've purchased this salad several times before, and unfortunately, there have been times when it didn't even last two days in my refrigerator. However, this time my complaint is mainly directed at Sam's Club. I placed my order through the Sam's Club app for home delivery, and my groceries arrived today, August 13. This salad arrived already spoiled, and when I checked the package, the “Best If Used By” date was August 13 — TODAY. How is it acceptable to select a fresh product for a delivery order that is already visibly deteriorated and reaches its “Best If Used By” date the same day it is delivered? And unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. I have received fruits, salads, and other fresh produce in poor condition on multiple occasions. When customers order online, we are trusting Sam's Club employees to select fresh products with the same care they would use when shopping for themselves. Getting a refund is not the issue. Sam's has always refunded me when there has been a problem. The issue is that this keeps happening with fresh products, and it shouldn't. Sam's Club needs to show more consideration for its customers and improve the quality control when selecting fresh and perishable items for online orders. My rating for Sam's Club's handling of fresh products in online orders: ZERO STARS.

This salad always has great flavor plus you get a lot for the money. That said it does not last more than 3 days max open or not and the last bag I got on 8/7/26 was 3/4 carrots! Seriously there was barely any lettuce in it! I've called customer service several times to report receiving it brown, having it go bad in one day, etc., just for their info not for a refund. Maybe if I take the refund someone will take notice?

Always get this salad mix with no problem, but because of the salad scare I return it.

I have my groceries delivered. They ALWAYS bring the outdated, lettuce!

Where are you getting this because it isn’t crisp the day after you open it and turns brown VERY quickly!

I bought this twice two strikes against me. There won’t be a third strike. Within two days it goes brown and then soggy.
