Very Poor Quality

3rd time buying this salad. It deteriorates within a day of opening. Very disappointed.

Not up to the usual Sam's Club standards

We had to pick through it for good lettuce. A lot of brown

Brown lettuce not a welcome sight

If I'd known that I would get brown lettuce; I would not have made this purchase.
