It WOULD be good except it gets frozen somewhere along the way, so within just a day or two after opening it, it becomes mushy, translucent compost (way before the expiration date!)

This is a rather large amount for our household. It would be perfect for large families or big get togethers. It doesn't stay fresh long in its bag once opened. Taste is good and it is a fair price.

Was already turning brown when I purchased. Didn’t know because I ordered curbside pickup. It was still within in expiration date, but just barley. I only got one salad out of the whole bag before it went bad.

In my pickup order, I got two bags for a family gathering. The next day, both were unusable. The “use by” date was not for several more days. I was disappointed to say the least.

We eat salads any time for any reason. We add-in whatever strikes our fancy - olives, seeds, sardines, a dollop of salsa instead of dressing, and so on.

This salad mix is great as far as convenience and price but it spoils really fast. I try to get the bag that is vacuumed sealed the most & that helps with the freshness

I was disappointed with this product. Once opened it deteriorates quickly. I bought a bag ate about 1/3 but when I went to make another salad it had all turned brown. I ended up throwing it out.
